Inleiding
BIJSCHUUR, behorende bij een boerderijcomplex voor een gemengd bedrijf, gebouwd in opdracht van de Directie van de Wieringermeer op kavel P31. De Deel open bijschuur van het type C staat rechts naast de in 1943 gebouwde boerderij. Het is een kapschuur met wagenberging en paardenstal. De in traditioneel-ambachtelijke stijl opgetrokken schuur werd in 1944 gebouwd, naar een uit 1942 daterend ontwerp van de Bouwkundige Afdeling (boerderijenbouw) van de Directie van de Wieringermeer afdeling Noordoostpolderwerken.
Omschrijving
Vanuit een rechthoekige plattegrond opgetrokken bijschuur onder een met verbeterde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. Het linker deel van de schuur is gesloten en voornamelijk opgetrokken in baksteen. Dit deel van de schuur was oorspronkelijk bestemd voor de stalling van paarden en enkele koeien en diende tevens als bergruimte. De vensters in de linker (west)gevel hebben uitkragende, betonnen zesruits ramen met ventilatiedorpels, die staan tussen lisenen. De symmetrische, noordelijke kopgevel bevat een dubbele deur onder een bovenlicht met roedenverdeling en heeft een gepotdekselde geveltop van heraklietplanken. Het open deel van de schuur aan de westzijde heeft blinde houten wanden en een kap die aan de open zijde rust op palen die op poeren staan. De naar de weg gekeerde kopgevel van liggende houten planken is voorzien van een luik. Het houten deel van de rechter gevel is eveneens blind, maar is samengesteld uit staande planken. In het gemetselde deel van deze schuurzijde staan vier rechtgesloten vensters met achtruits ramen. Het inwendige van de schuur is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang.
Waardering
De bijschuur is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische en architectuurhistorische waarde.
- De schuur is van cultuurhistorische belang als onderdeel van een van de oudste nog bestaande en in gebruik zijnde bouwwerken in de Noordoostpolder. De "Wieringermeerboerderijen" en hun bijgebouwen zijn bovendien van bijzondere belang vanwege hun oorspronkelijke functie als ontginningsboerderij.

AUXILIARY BARN, belonging to a farmhouse complex for mixed farming, built on commission of the Management of the Wieringermeer on plot P31. The Open-sided Aisle auxiliary barn of type C stands to the right next to the farmhouse built in 1943. It is a bay barn with wagon storage and horse stable. The barn, constructed in traditional-crafted style, was built in 1944, according to a 1942 design of the Building Department (farmhouse construction) of the Management of the Wieringermeer Noordoostpolder Works Division.
Description
Auxiliary barn constructed from a rectangular floor plan under a gabled roof covered with improved Dutch tiles. The left section of the barn is closed and constructed mainly in brick. This part of the barn was originally intended for the stalling of horses and a few cows and also served as storage space. The windows in the left (west) facade have projecting, concrete six-light frames with ventilation sills, which stand between pilasters. The symmetrical, northern gable facade contains a double door under a fanlight with glazing bars and has a tarred gable top of heraclite boards. The open section of the barn on the west side has blind wooden walls and a roof which on the open side rests on posts that stand on stone piers. The gable facade facing the road made of horizontal wooden planks is fitted with a shutter. The wooden section of the right facade is likewise blind, but is composed of vertical planks. In the brick section of this barn side stand four flush-fitting windows with eight-light frames. The interior of the barn is of secondary importance for protection purposes.
