Inleiding
Het WOONSTALHUIS van het langgeveltype is 18e-eeuws. Nu in gebruik als woonboerderij. Het heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond parallel aan de straat met zijn voorgevel op het westen. Het woongedeelte kreeg aan de voorkant, in het begin van de 20ste eeuw, een nieuwe voorgevel. De indeling van de stal is rond 1990 gewijzigd met behoud van de gebinten.
Omschrijving
Het woonstalhuis is op het woongedeelte gedekt door een zadeldak met grijze kruispannen en op het bedrijfsgedeelte door een rieten zadeldak met een wolfseinde. Beide daken verspringen enigszins ten opzichte van elkaar. Het eerste heeft een hogere dakvoet. Midden op de nok van de boerderij een houten klokkenstoel op twee staanders met luidklokje gedekt door een zinken vierzijdig ingesnoerd torendakje. Het woongedeelte heeft een symmetrische voorgevel van vijf traveeën breed. In het midden de voordeur en aan weerskanten twee T-vormige schuifvensters. Boven de voordeur in het dak een Vlaamse gevel onder zadeldakje. De gepleisterde linker kopgevel bevat op de begane grond, in de achterkamer, twee oorspronkelijke twintigruits schuifvensters met luiken voorzien van hang- en sluitwerk. Een derde venster, in de voorkamer werd aangebracht gelijk met de nieuwe voorgevel. Op de verdieping bevinden zich twee smalle vensters en in de topgevel een dichtgezet rondvenster. De achtergevel bevat naast de achterdeur met bovenlicht schuifvensters. Links met een tienruits en rechts met een twintigruits verdeling. Het bedrijfsgedeelte met dwarsdeel heeft in de achtergevel een smalle loop- of voerdeur en twee dubbele deel- en staldeuren. In de voorgevel gedeeltelijk dichtgemetselde deeldeuren, nu voorzien van bovenlicht. De kopgevel bevat twee vierruits vensters in de stal met een hooideur op zolder. Het opgaand werk van de boerderij bestaat uit een combinatie van geel en rood genuanceerde handgevormde baksteen in IJsselformaat gemetseld in kruisverband. De voorgevel van het woonhuis heeft een rode machinale baksteen in Waalformaat. Het interieur van het woongedeelte bevat in de achterkamer, in een houten wand naast elkaar, drie bedsteden met bovenkasten. In de keuken, waar een gedeelte van het gebint zichtbaar is, bevindt zich een grote schouw. Deuren met bossingpanelen. De twee moerbalken in het bedrijfsgedeelte worden ondersteund door twee houten standjukken.

Introduction
The DWELLING AND STABLE HOUSE of the long-facade type dates from the 18th century. Now in use as a residential farm. It has a rectangular plan parallel to the street with its front facade on the west. The residential section received a new front facade at the beginning of the 20th century. The layout of the stable was altered around 1990 with retention of the roof trusses.
Description
The dwelling and stable house is covered on the residential section by a gabled roof with grey pantiles and on the business section by a thatched gabled roof with a half-hipped end. Both roofs step slightly relative to each other. The first has a higher eaves line. In the middle of the ridge of the farm a wooden belfry on two posts with a small bell covered by a zinc four-sided tapered spire roof. The residential section has a symmetrical front facade five bays wide. In the middle the front door and on either side two T-shaped sash windows. Above the front door in the roof a Flemish gable under a small gabled roof. The rendered left gable contains on the ground floor, in the back room, two original twenty-pane sash windows with shutters provided with hinges and fastenings. A third window, in the front room was added together with the new front facade. On the first floor there are two narrow windows and in the stepped gable a blocked circular window. The back facade contains beside the back door with fanlight sash windows. On the left with a ten-pane and on the right with a twenty-pane division. The business section with transverse part has in the back facade a narrow passage or feed door and two double dividing and stable doors. In the front facade partially filled-in dividing doors, now provided with fanlights. The gable contains two four-pane windows in the stable with a hay door on the loft. The external walls of the farm consist of a combination of yellow and red-nuanced hand-moulded brick in Yssel format laid in stretcher bond. The front facade of the dwelling has red machine-made brick in Flemish format. The interior of the residential section contains in the back room, in a wooden partition next to each other, three box beds with upper cupboards. In the kitchen, where a part of the roof truss is visible, there is a large fireplace. Doors with fielded panels. The two collar ties in the business section are supported by two wooden crown posts.
Valuation
The farmstead complex has cultural-historical values: the complex is of importance as a particular expression of a technical and typological development. The complex has architectural-historical values: it is of particular importance for the history of architecture and building technique.
