Omschrijving onderdeel 3:
STAL NAAST CROQUET-VELD. Schuin tegenover het huis aan de overzijde van de Rucphenseweg naast het croquet-veld gesitueerde grote wagenstal op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken in houten delen die vanouds aard-rood zijn geschilderd. De stal is overkapt door een met rode pannen gedekt schilddak. Centraal aan de voorzijde drie aaneengelegen deuren van elkaar gescheiden door een wit geschilderde lijst. Rechts hiervan een tweedeurs-ingang, eveneens met lijstwerk, en aan de linker zijde een smalle toegangsdeur met halfrond bovenlicht met spaakroeden, omgeven door witgeschilderd lijstwerk. De gevel wordt afgesloten door een brede lijst met zaagtanden met horizontale uitsparing tussen de tanden. De achterzijde, recentelijk opgetrokken in baksteen, is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang.

STABLE NEXT TO CROQUET FIELD. Situated diagonally opposite the house across the Rucphenseweg next to the croquet field, a large wagon stable on a rectangular ground plan constructed of wooden sections painted in earth-red from time immemorial. The stable is covered by a hipped roof covered with red tiles. Centrally at the front three adjoining doors separated from each other by a white-painted moulding. To the right of this a double-door entrance, also with moulding work, and on the left side a narrow access door with semi-circular fanlight with spokes, surrounded by white-painted moulding. The gable is finished with a broad moulding with sawtooth pattern with horizontal recess between the teeth. The rear, recently constructed in brickwork, is of secondary importance for the protection.
