Omschrijving onderdeel 4: DUIVENVERBLIJVEN.
Inleiding
Op het terrein van het voormalig koetshuis bevinden zich twee schilderachtige duivenverblijven, met elkaar verbonden door een tuinmuur. De twee kleinschalige objecten, die in hun vormgeving en kleurstelling een vereenvoudigde miniatuuruitvoering van het koetshuis lijken te zijn, zijn rond 1900 opgetrokken in Ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl en doen denken aan een tuinfolly.
Omschrijving
Evenwijdig aan de achtergevel staan op enige afstand twee eenlaags duivenverblijven op rechthoekige plattegrond. Ze hebben een zadeldak met rode Hollandse pannen en zijn haaks ten opzichte van het koetshuis gesitueerd. De muren zijn witgepleisterd; de plint is zwart geteerd. Centraal op de begane grond bevindt zich in de korte gevel een venster met vierruits raam, dubbele luiken met hartvormige uitsparingen en bakstenen vensterbanken. In de geveltop tien in een driehoek geordende duivengaten. Het dak is aan deze zijde voorzien van (vernieuwde) windveren met schulpranden en een makelaar. Op een bord onder de duivengaten: Klein "Ruwenberg". Inwendig een eenvoudige eiken sporenkap. De duivenhokken zijn met elkaar verbonden door een lange blinde muur met centraal een deur. De muur is afgedekt met een laag dakpannen.
Waardering
De twee DUIVENVERBLIJVEN MET TUINMUUR uit circa 1900 zijn van algemeen belang. Ze hebben cultuurhistorische waarde als bijzondere uitdrukking van een sociaal-economische ontwikkeling, als voorbeeld van kleinschalige tuinelementen behorend bij een landgoed. Het object heeft architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de in- en uitwendig behouden hoofdstructuur en het traditionele materiaalgebruik. De duivenverblijven hebben als schilderachtige tuinfolly typologische zeldzaamheidswaarde. Het object heeft samen met de overige complexonderdelen grote ensemblewaarde.

Introduction
On the grounds of the former coach house are two picturesque dovecotes, connected to each other by a garden wall. The two small-scale objects, which in their design and colouring appear to be a simplified miniature version of the coach house, were built around 1900 in a traditional craft style and are reminiscent of a garden folly.
Description
Parallel to the rear gable, at some distance apart, stand two single-storey dovecotes on a rectangular ground plan. They have a gabled roof with red Dutch tiles and are positioned at right angles to the coach house. The walls are whitewashed; the plinth is black tarred. Centrally on the ground floor is in the short gable a window with four-light pane, double shutters with heart-shaped cut-outs and brick window sills. In the gable apex ten doveholes arranged in a triangle. The roof on this side is fitted with (renewed) wind braces with sliding edges and a lead flashing. On a board below the doveholes: Small "Ruwenberg". Internally a simple oak roof truss structure. The dovecotes are connected to each other by a long blind wall with a door in the centre. The wall is topped with a layer of roof tiles.
Valuation
The two DOVECOTES WITH GARDEN WALL from around 1900 are of general importance. They have cultural-historical value as a particular expression of a socio-economic development, as an example of small-scale garden elements belonging to an estate.
