Inleiding
Het BAKHUIS, met smeedijzeren balkankers die het jaartal 1605 aangeven, bevindt zich links naast het woonhuis van de boerderij. Het ligt hiermee parallel. Het bakhuis bestaat uit een stenen voor- en een houten achterbouw. De achterbouw, die hergebruikte gebinten bevat, behoort niet tot de bescherming. Echter de ovenuitbouw wel.
Omschrijving
Het eenlaagse bakhuis met een zolderverdieping heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond. Het wordt gedekt door een rieten zadeldak. De nok ligt loodrecht op de Heulstraat. De symmetrische voorgevel bestaat uit een tuitgevel met op de begane grond een schuifvenster met roeden, dat in het bovenraam een tienruits- en in het onderraam een vijftienruits verdeling geeft.
