Omschrijving onderdeel 8: TUINMANSWONING .
In de overtuin staat een vermoedelijk laat-19e-eeuwse, op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken, bakstenen woonhuis, oorspronkelijk bestaande uit twee kleine arbeiderswoningen. Het pand, dat met zijn voorgevel naar Vroenhof (noord) is gekeerd, bestaat uit één bouwlaag met donkere plint en lijstgevel onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak; gemetselde schoorsteen aan de voorzijde. Uiterst links in de gevel bevindt zich de toegangsdeur met bovenlicht; rechts daarvan vier zesruits vensters; in het midden een dakkapel in een houten omlijsting met een driehoekige beëindiging. In de achtergevel vensters met luiken, een tweede deur en twee dakkapellen met wangen.

Description of component 8: GARDENER'S COTTAGE.
In the pleasure garden stands a presumed late-19th-century brick dwelling house erected on a rectangular ground plan, originally consisting of two small labourers' cottages. The building, which faces with its front facade towards Vroenhof (north), consists of one storey with dark plinth and cornice-topped facade under a gabled roof covered with dampened Dutch tiles; masonry chimney at the front. At the far left in the facade is the entrance door with fanlight; to the right of that four six-pane windows; in the middle a roof dormer in a wooden frame with a triangular termination. In the rear facade windows with shutters, a second door and two roof dormers with wangs.
