Omschrijving onderdeel 13: BOERDERIJ 'MOLENHOEF'.
De dwarshuisboerderij met pannen zadeldak is in 1910 gebouwd voor baron H.J.K.J.W. van Heeckeren van Enghuizen ter vervanging van de oude 17de-eeuwse boerderij. De meest karakteristieke elementen van de boerderij zijn het siermetselwerk in gele baksteen, de schuifvensters met luiken geschilderd in Beverweertse kleuren en het drielichtsvenster met een hardstenen omlijsting op de verdieping. De naam 'Molenhoef' is ontleend aan de oude korenmolen die gestaan heeft op de hoek van de Molenhoeflaan en de Beverweertseweg tot de nieuwe molen aan de Werkhovenseweg in 1882 in gebruik werd genomen.
De boerderij werd in 2002 gerestaureerd, waarbij in veel venster- en deuropeningen van het bedrijfsgedeelte glas is gezet.

De BOERDERIJ 'MOLENHOEF' is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang:

Description
Description of component 13: FARMHOUSE 'MOLENHOEF'.
The transverse-plan farmhouse with pantile gabled roof was built in 1910 for baron H.J.K.J.W. van Heeckeren van Enghuizen to replace the old 17th-century farmhouse. The most characteristic elements of the farmhouse are the decorative brickwork in yellow brick, the sash windows with shutters painted in Beverweert colours and the three-light window with a sandstone surround on the storey. The name 'Molenhoef' is derived from the old corn mill that stood on the corner of the Molenhoeflaan and the Beverweertseweg until the new mill on the Werkhovenseweg came into use in 1882.
The farmhouse was restored in 2002, during which glass was installed in many window and door openings of the working part.
Valuation
The FARMHOUSE 'MOLENHOEF' is of general importance from a cultural-historical perspective:
