Omschrijving onderdeel 9: KAARTVERKOOPGEBOUW aan de zuidoostelijke entree van het terrein.
Inleiding
Het KAARTVERKOOPGEBOUW als onderdeel van het complex "De Eder Kuil" uit 1936 naar ontwerp van Weener, is gelegen aan de zuidoostelijke entree van het terrein. Het gebouw ligt met de achter- en zijgevel tegen een helling. Het gebouw is volledig uitgevoerd in de stijl van het Nieuwe Bouwen met toepassing van betonskeletbouw.
Omschrijving
Het kaartverkoopgebouw op vierkante plattegrond heeft een bouwlaag onder een luifeldak met groot overstek. De betonnen gevels zijn gepleisterd met contrasterende zwarte plint. De voorgevel (noordgevel) heeft een zesruitsraam, waarvan een ruit opengeschoven kan worden als kassaraam. De zijgevel (oostgevel) heeft een houten paneeldeur met ruiten. De zijgevel is verlengd om als keermuur te fungeren.
Waardering
Het KAARTVERKOOPGEBOUW is van algemene architectonische, cultuurhistorische en stedenbouwkundige waarde:
- als voorbeeld van een kaartverkoopgebouw in de vernieuwende stijl en bouwtechniek van het Nieuwe Bouwen en vanwege de verzorgde detaillering;

Introduction
The TICKET OFFICE BUILDING as part of the complex "De Eder Kuil" from 1936 designed by Weener, is located at the southeastern entrance of the site. The building is situated with its rear and side facade against a slope. The building is entirely executed in the style of Nieuwe Bouwen with application of concrete skeleton construction.
Description
The ticket office building on a square floor plan has one storey under a canopy roof with large overhang. The concrete facades are plastered with contrasting black plinth. The front facade (north facade) has a six-pane window, one pane of which can be slid open as a ticket window. The side facade (east facade) has a wooden panelled door with panes. The side facade is extended to function as a retaining wall.
