Omschrijving onderdeel 7: OOSTELIJK KAARTVERKOOPGEBOUW aan de zuidwestelijke entree van het terrein.
Inleiding
Het oostelijke KAARTVERKOOPGEBOUW als onderdeel van het complex "De Eder Kuil" uit 1936 naar ontwerp van Weener, is gelegen aan de zuidwestelijke entree van het terrein, nabij de Van Pabstlaan. Het kaartverkoopgebouw is gesitueerd tegenover een tweede kaartverkoopgebouw, terwijl het met de achter- en zijgevel tegen een helling is gelegen. Het gebouw is volledig uitgevoerd in de stijl van het Nieuwe Bouwen met toepassing van betonskeletbouw.
Omschrijving
Het kaartverkoopgebouw op vierkante plattegrond heeft een bouwlaag onder een luifeldak met groot overstek op betonnen consoles. De betonnen gevels zijn gepleisterd met contrasterende zwarte plint. De voorgevel (westgevel) heeft een zesruits raam, waarvan een ruit opengeschoven kan worden als kassaraam. De zijgevel (noordgevel) heeft een houten paneeldeur met ruiten. De zijmuren zijn een stukje verlengd. De achtergevel is verlengd om als keermuur te fungeren.
Waardering
Het KAARTVERKOOPGEBOUW is van algemene architectonische, cultuurhistorische en stedenbouwkundige waarde:
- als voorbeeld van een kaartverkoopgebouw in de vernieuwende stijl en bouwtechniek van het Nieuwe Bouwen en vanwege de verzorgde detaillering;

Description of component 7: EASTERN TICKET OFFICE BUILDING at the southwestern entrance of the site.
Introduction
The eastern TICKET OFFICE BUILDING as part of the complex "De Eder Kuil" from 1936 designed by Weener, is located at the southwestern entrance of the site, near the Van Pabstlaan. The ticket office building is situated opposite a second ticket office building, while its rear and side facade are against a slope.
