Omschrijving onderdeel 2: garage.
Op de achtergrens (zuidzijde) van het terrein gelegen eenlaags garagegebouw met entree aan de Lanciersstraat, gebouwd naar een ontwerp van architect Jos Donders uit 1919. Het pand is opgetrokken in baksteen en voorzien van een vrijwel plat dak met lichtstraat. De voorgevel bevat twee stel (gewijzigde) dubbele paneeldeuren onder lateien. De voorgevel heeft aan weerszijden vlakke lisenen en wordt afgesloten door een tuitgevel met flauwe helling voorzien van een klimmend, getand fries. De achtergevel is vergelijkbaar, maar soberder uitgevoerd. Inwendig onder andere een grote houten kast met schuifdeuren.

Situated on the rear boundary (south side) of the property, a single-storey garage building with entrance on the Lanciersstraat, built according to a design by architect Jos Donders from 1919. The building is built in brick and provided with an almost flat roof with roof lights. The front facade contains two sets of (modified) double panel doors under lintels. The front facade has flat pilasters on either side and is terminated by a spout gable with gentle slope provided with a climbing, toothed frieze. The rear facade is comparable, but executed more soberly. Inside among other things a large wooden cupboard with sliding doors.
