Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, nu onderkomen voor asielzoekers.
Het pand is naast nummer 29 gelegen aan de zuidzijde van de weg met de lange gevel parallel daaraan. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Groot gebouwentype op rechthoekige grondslag met gevels in schoon metselwerk, topgevels met vlechtingen, een zadeldak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen, een centraal in de lange gevel gelegen, licht getoogde ingang met gemetseld laag trapje, dakkapellen onder een zinken schilddakje. De vensters zijn sterk gewijzigd en in vrijwel alle gevels vergroot. De dubbele deur is nog origineel.
