GARAGE uit 1913, deel uitmakend van het complex "Villa Oldenheem", naar ontwerp van Th. Rueter.
Omschrijving
De garage telt één bouwlaag en zolderverdieping onder een zadeldak en heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en gepleisterde gevels. In de zuidoostgevel links een garagedeur en rechts een dubbel venster aan weerszijden van een rookkanaal. De rechter zijgevel (NO) bevat twee negenruits vensters en een deur. De linker zijgevel (ZW) aan het binnenplaatsje heeft een samengesteld vierdelig venster met roedenverdeling. In de noordwestgevel twee garagedeuren en in de geveltop een zoldervenster. Het binnenplaatsje tussen garage en villa is afgesloten door twee gepleisterde tuinmuren. In het midden van de noordelijke muur een houten deur naar de tuin en de zuidelijke muur is voorzien van een houten pergola en hek naar de binnenhof.

Description
The garage comprises one storey and attic storey under a gabled roof and has a rectangular ground plan and rendered facades. In the southeast facade on the left a garage door and on the right a double window on either side of a smoke stack. The right side facade (NE) contains two nine-pane windows and a door. The left side facade (SW) to the inner courtyard has a composite four-part window with glazing bars. In the northwest facade two garage doors and in the gable top an attic window. The inner courtyard between garage and villa is enclosed by two rendered garden walls. In the middle of the northern wall a wooden door to the garden and the southern wall is provided with a wooden pergola and gate to the inner courtyard.

The garage from 1913, belonging to the complex "Villa Oldenheem" is of general importance because of its cultural and architectural-historical value as a historically-functional component of the complex.
