De bij de historische buitenplaats Meyland behorende KOETSHUIS ANNEX DIENSTWONING gebouwd omstreeks 1913 in Engelse Cottagestijl naar ontwerp van de architect P. Musly.
Omschrijving
Koetshuis met dienstwoning op T-vormige plattegrond onder schilddaken met uitzwenkende dakvoet, gedekt met rode leipannen. Het woonhuisgedeelte telt twee bouwlagen en de achtergelegen garage één. In de garage vier grote inrijdeuren, waarvan drie onder een segmentboog. De opgeklampte deuren zijn voorzien van vensters. In de kopgevel een enkele rechte deur en in het dakschild een gemetselde dakkapel met hijsbalk onder schilddakje. Alleen in de garage zijn enkele oorspronkelijke vensters met roedenverdeling bewaard gebleven.

Het koetshuis annex dienstwoning uit omstreeks 1913 op Meyland is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur-, architectuurhistorische en ensemblewaarde

The COACH HOUSE ANNEX SERVICE DWELLING belonging to the historic country estate Meyland, built around 1913 in English Cottage style after a design by the architect P. Musly.
Description
Coach house with service dwelling on a T-shaped ground plan under hipped roofs with projecting roof edge, covered with red slate tiles. The residential part comprises two storeys and the rear-sited garage one. In the garage four large carriage doors, three of which are under a segmental arch. The fixed doors are furnished with windows. In the end gable a single straight door and in the roof slope a bricked dormer with a lifting beam under a small hipped roof. Only in the garage have some original windows with glazing bars been preserved.

The coach house annex service dwelling from around 1913 on Meyland is of general importance due to its cultural-historical, architectural and ensemble value
