Inleiding complexonderdeel 3
SPEELHUISJE 'Stugan' behorend bij de historische buitenplaats Ivicke, gelegen op een kunstmatige duinrug in de westhoek van het park, is in 1913 ontworpen door de architect/aannemer G.J. van der Mark in een Scandinavische houtwerk stijl. Tegen de helling van de heuvel liggen enkele basaltblokken. De luiken waren uitgevoerd met een hartvormige opening in het midden.
N.B. de luiken ontbreken en een deel van het glas-in-lood is beschadigd.
Omschrijving
Vrijstaand rechthoekig éénlaags houten speelhuisje onder een houten zadeldak met een noord-zuid oriëntatie in langsrichting. Het tegen inwatering met windveren beschermde zadeldak bestaat uit staande houten delen, waarvan de naden met latten zijn afgedekt. Door het noord-westelijke dakschild steekt een rode bakstenen schoorsteen.
Boven het uit grauwe baksteen opgetrokken trasraam zijn in ossekleur geschilderde delen geplaatst, die op de hoeken zijn afgewerkt met wit geschilderde staande planken. De houten deur- en vensteromlijstingen zijn wit geschilderd. Een deel van de duimen van luiken zijn nog aanwezig. Het glas-in-lood in Neo-Gotische trant is deels nog aanwezig.
De zuid-oostelijke langsgevel heeft in het midden een groen geschilderde houten beklampte deur, waarvoor als stoep een cirkelsegment van een molensteen ligt. Aan weerszijden van de deur bevindt zich een rechthoekig venster. De noordwestelijke langsgevel heeft in het midden een dubbel raam.
De noordoostelijke kopgevel is blind, de zuidwestelijke heeft in het midden een dubbel raam.
INTERIEUR In het interieur is de oorspronkelijke indeling en detaillering nog aanwezig. De vloer bestaat uit houten delen. In de westhoek bevindt zich een gemetselde schouw en in de noordhoek een ingebouwde vaste houten bank.
Waardering
Het speelhuisje is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde
- als karakteristiek voorbeeld van een speelhuisje in een Scandinavische houtwerk stijl uit het begin van de 20ste eeuw.

PLAYHOUSE 'Stugan' belonging to the historic country estate Ivicke, located on an artificial sand ridge in the west corner of the park, was designed in 1913 by the architect/contractor G.J. van der Mark in a Scandinavian timber style. Against the slope of the hill lie several basalt blocks. The shutters were executed with a heart-shaped opening in the middle.
N.B. the shutters are missing and part of the stained glass is damaged.
Description
Freestanding rectangular single-storey wooden playhouse under a wooden gabled roof with north-south orientation lengthwise. The gabled roof, protected against moisture ingress with wind braces, consists of standing wooden parts, the joints of which are covered with battens. Through the north-western roof slope projects a red brick chimney.
Above the transom of grey brick are placed parts painted in oxen-colour, which are finished at the corners with white-painted standing boards. The wooden door and window frames are white-painted. Part of the hinges of shutters are still present. The stained glass in Neo-Gothic style is partly still present.
The south-eastern long side has in the middle a green-painted wooden clapboarded door, before which lies a circle segment of a millstone as a step. On either side of the door is a rectangular window. The north-western long side has a double window in the middle.
The north-eastern end gable is blind, the south-western has a double window in the middle.
INTERIOR In the interior the original layout and detailing are still present. The floor consists of wooden parts. In the west corner is a brick fireplace and in the north corner a built-in fixed wooden bench.

The playhouse is of general importance because of its cultural and architectural historical value
