Bij de historische buitenplaats Wiltzangk behorend POMPHUIS is gebouwd omstreeks 1922 in een functionele voor de Interbellumperiode kenmerkende sobere bouwstijl. Het pomphuis is tegelijkertijd met de nabijgelegen garage met bloemenkas tot stand gekomen.
Het gebouw bevindt zich aan een pleinvormige gedeelte ten oosten van de oprijlaan, ten noordoosten van de garage.
Omschrijving
Vrijstaande éénlaagse pomphuis op een vrijwel vierkant grondvlak wordt gedekt door een plat dak. De rechtgesloten gevels zijn boven de rollaag van het uit grauwe baksteen opgetrokken trasraam gemetseld met rode baksteen in kruisverband (knipvoeg). Deuren en vensters onder rollagen hebben bakstenen lekdorpels. Houten, op dubbele gootklossen rustende gootlijst. De voorgevel (noordwest) heeft links een paneeldeur en rechts een venster. De linker zijgevel (noordoost) heeft een dubbel raam.

Het pomphuis uit omstreeks 1922 is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde

The PUMP HOUSE belonging to the historical country estate Wiltzangk was built around 1922 in a functional austere building style characteristic of the Interwar period. The pump house was constructed at the same time as the nearby garage with flower conservatory.

Description
Freestanding single-storey pump house on a virtually square floor plan is covered by a flat roof. The right-angled facades are built above the roller course of the grey brick trash frame with red brick in English bond (clipped joint). Doors and windows above roller courses have brick drip edges. Wooden cornice resting on double gutter blocks. The front facade (northwest) has a panel door on the left and a window on the right. The left side facade (northeast) has a double window.
