Klein WONINGBLOK bestaande uit vier arbeiderswoningen onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex 't Rooie Dorp, als middenblok aan zuidoostzijde van het complex direct aan de Venenstraat gelegen.
Omschrijving
Het woningblok telt vier woningen onder een zadeldak met de nokrichting evenwijdig aan de straat, waarbij de middelste twee woningen worden gedekt door twee ingestoken zadeldaken met de nokrichting haaks op de straat. De voorgevels van deze woningen risaleren en hebben in de geveltop een driehoekig beschot. De voordeuren bevinden zich in de linker en rechter zijde van de risaliet, terwijl de voordeuren van de hoekwoningen zich in de puntgevels aan de zijden van de hofjes bevinden. Boven het dubbele T-venster op de begane grond hebben de twee middelste woningen twee gekoppelde zesruits verdiepingvensters. De zijgevels van de hoekwoningen hebben middenboven evenals bij de middelste woningen twee gekoppelde zesruits ramen en bovenin een gevelbeschot.
Voor het overige gelden dezelfde kenmerken als beschreven in de complexomschrijving onder monumentnummer 524421.

Small HOUSING BLOCK consisting of four workers' dwellings, part of the housing complex 't Rooie Dorp, situated as a middle block on the southeast side of the complex directly on the Venenstraat.
Description
The housing block contains four dwellings under a gabled roof with the ridge direction parallel to the street, whereby the middle two dwellings are covered by two recessed gabled roofs with the ridge direction perpendicular to the street. The front facades of these dwellings project outward and have in the gable top a triangular timber cladding. The front doors are located on the left and right sides of the projection, whilst the front doors of the corner dwellings are located in the stepped gables on the sides of the courtyards. Above the double T-window on the ground floor, the two middle dwellings have two coupled six-pane first-floor windows. The side facades of the corner dwellings have in the middle, as with the middle dwellings, two coupled six-pane windows and above them facade timber cladding.
