Omschrijving BOERDERIJTJE (9):
Kleine achttiende-eeuwse boerderij bij de historische buitenplaats Hilverbeek. Markant gelegen op de hoek van de Leeuwenlaan en het Noordereinde. Het gepleisterde gebouwtje is één bouwlaag hoog onder een met riet gedekt zadeldak. Tegen de noordgevel is een houten aanbouw geplaatst, waardoor een L-vormige plattegrond is ontstaan.
Waardering
Het achttiende-eeuwse boerderijtje is van algemeen belang vanwege:
- de architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van traditioneel ambachtelijk bouwen;
- vanwege de beeldbepalende ligging.

Description SMALL FARMHOUSE (9):
Small eighteenth-century farmhouse at the historic country estate Hilverbeek. Prominently situated on the corner of the Leeuwenlaan and the Noordereinde. The plastered little building is one storey high beneath a thatch-covered gabled roof. Against the north gable a wooden extension has been placed, creating an L-shaped floor plan.
Valuation
The eighteenth-century small farmhouse is of general importance because of:
- the architectural-historical value as an example of traditional craft building;
- its visually defining location.
