Eenvoudige dienstwoning bestaande uit één bouwlaag met een stijl mansardedak met pannen gedekt, gebouwd omstreeks 1900. Het huis is van diverse latere aanbouwen voorzien en het geheel is gepleisterd. In het dakoverstek een eenvoudige makelaar.
