Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS op samengesteld grondplan, een bouwlaag en een zolderverdieping hoog onder een samengestelde kap tussen twee eindgevels afgesloten met trapgevels. De kap bestaat uit een zadeldak en een schilddak, belegd met rode Hollandse pannen en voorzien van bakgoten. De gevels zijn in baksteen opgetrokken en voorzien van vensters.

-Van architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een koetshuis uit het eerste kwart van de 20ste eeuw, dat deel uitmaakt van een landgoed en dat in stijl vergelijkbaar is met het hoofdhuis.

Description
COACH HOUSE on a composite ground plan, one storey and an attic storey high under a composite roof between two end gables closed with stepped gables. The roof consists of a gabled roof and a hipped roof, covered with red Dutch tiles and fitted with rainwater gutters. The facades are constructed in brick and provided with windows.
