Omschrijving
Het landhuis en koetshuis liggen dicht bij de Nijkerkerweg binnen een parkachtige AANLEG.
Aan de Nijkerkerstraat is het landgoed afgescheiden door een niet-oorspronkelijk hekwerk en oprijlanen gemarkeerd door niet-oorspronkelijke inrijhekken. De omvang van terrein is ca. 7 ha. Het wordt omgeven door een hoge, dicht beplante aarden wal. Op het terrein bevinden zich nog de resten van een oude beukenloofgang.
Het huis is omgeven door grint en een aanleg met geschoren haagjes en hagen en enkele loofbomen. Het koetshuis bevindt zich schuin achter het landhuis. Landschappelijke AANLEG met een waterpartij.
