Omschrijving
Het op de achtergevel van de villa aansluitende voormalige KOETSHUIS met werkplaats, thans horeca gelegenheid, heeft één bouwlaag en zolder op langgerekt rechthoekig grondplan. Dit bouwdeel vormt het relatief smalle en langgerekte verbindingslid tussen het woonhuis enerzijds en de voormalige brouwerij anderzijds. De bakstenen GEVELS zijn in kruisverband gemetseld. De lange gevel aan de zijde van de oprijlaan heeft vier korfboogvormig afgesloten inrijpoorten (thans dichtgezet met glazen invullingen). Bij de aansluiting met het woonhuis bevindt zich een deur en een vierruits raam, beide met halfrond bovenlicht (V-roede). Bij de aansluiting met de brouwerij is in de hoek een nieuwe entree uitgebouwd. De lange gevel aan de tuinzijde wordt nagenoeg helemaal aan het zicht onttrokken door een moderne serre met pannen schilddak. Bij de aansluiting met het woonhuis bevindt zich een deur en een vierruits raam met luiken. Het langgerekte ZADELDAK is gedekt met rode opnieuw verbeterde Hollandse pannen. De dakgoot is afgezet met een gezaagde druiplijst met zigzagmotief. Op het nokuiteinde tegen de brouwerij steekt een gemetselde schoorsteenpijp omhoog. De doorsnede van de pijp ontwikkelt zich van vierkant, via achthoekig naar rond. De RUIMTELIJKE INDELING van het koetshuis omvat het achterhuis van de villa (toiletten en bijkeuken met terrazzovloer, muurkast en troggewelven); de werkplaats (thans als keuken in gebruik), en de eigenlijke stalling voor de koetsen en wagens (vier stijlen waarop een dekbalk in de lengterichting van het gebouw ondersteunen een enkelvoudige balklaag); en aan weerszijden van de schoorsteen twee stookplaatsen voor de ketels op de verdieping van de achterliggende brouwerij.

The former COACH HOUSE with workshop attached to the rear facade of the villa, now a catering establishment, has one storey and attic on a long rectangular ground plan. This building part forms the relatively narrow and elongated connecting link between the residential house on one side and the former brewery on the other. The brick FACADES are laid in cross bond. The long facade on the side of the access road has four basket arch-shaped closed carriage entrance doors (now filled in with glazed inserts). At the junction with the residential house is a door and a four-light window, both with semicircular fanlight (V-bars). At the junction with the brewery a new entrance has been built into the corner.
