Omschrijving
FRUITSCHUUR (B), links ten opzichte van de boerderij gesitueerd. De schuur bezit een rechthoekig grondplan, opgetrokken in baksteen (kruisverband), gedekt met een Mansardekap en belegd met gesmoorde Muldenpannen. Doorgestoken dakgordingen ondersteunen het dakoverstek. In verband met zijn funktie van koelruimte voor het fruit, zijn de van een omlopende plint voorziene gevels dubbelwandig. Het kozijn is geplaatst in de binnengevel. De vensters begane gronds zijn alle voorzien van diefijzers en opgeklampte luiken die zijn geklemd tussen een steense strek en een gecementeerde lekdorpel. De getoogde vensters bevatten een strek of rollaag maar steeds gaan deze vergezeld van een koppenlaag. De langsgevels worden boven afgesloten door een omlopende zaagtandfries die ook in de hiervoor besproken boerderij voorkomt.
De VOORGEVEL is symmetrisch ingedeeld met begane gronds twee opgeklampte schuifdeuren. Hierboven geven schotelankers de verdiepingsvloer aan. De zolderverdieping bevat een getoogd luik en vierruits stalraampjes op gecementeerde lekdorpels. Onder de kruin van de gebroken topgevel komt deels uitgespaard in het gevelbeschot een rondvenster met zesruits raampje voor.
De LINKER ZIJGEVEL bevat vier paar vierruits ramen en is voor het overige deel blind uitgevoerd.
De ACHTERGEVEL is aan die van de voorgevel identiek maar hier ontbreekt de beschoten geveltop en het rondvenster.
De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL bezit links een opgeklampte staldeur, rechts twee gepaarde vierruits ramen. Gescheiden door een identiek beluikt venster op de hoek komt rechts nog een getoogde staldeur voor Het in tweeën gedeelde INTERIEUR, met aan de achterzijde de werkruimte en de opslagruimte, van de schuur heeft nauwelijks wijzigingen ondergaan. Belangrijk onderdeel als de schotbalken voor het afschotten van de opslag van los fruit is bewaard gebleven, alsook de dubbelwandigheid van het gebouw.

FRUIT BARN (B), situated to the left of the farmhouse. The barn has a rectangular ground plan, constructed in brickwork (English bond), covered with a mansard roof and covered with smoked Moulding tiles. Pierced roof beams support the roof overhang. In connection with its function as a cool storage space for fruit, the facades provided with a continuous plinth are double-walled. The frame is placed in the inner wall. The windows on the ground floor are all provided with theft-proof bars and clamped shutters which are clamped between a brick stretcher and a cemented drip moulding. The arched windows contain a stretcher or roll moulding but these are always accompanied by a brick bond course. The long gables are closed above by a continuous saw-tooth frieze which also occurs in the aforementioned farmhouse.
The FRONT FACADE is symmetrically arranged with on the ground floor two clamped sliding doors. Above these, plate-anchors indicate the floor level. The attic storey contains an arched shutter and four-light stable windows on cemented drip mouldings. Under the peak of the broken gable comes partly cut out in the facade board a round window with six-light small window.
The LEFT SIDE GABLE contains four pairs of four-light windows and is otherwise executed blind.
The REAR FACADE is identical to that of the front facade but here the boarded gable top and the round window are absent.
The RIGHT SIDE GABLE has on the left a clamped stable door, on the right two paired four-light windows. Separated by an identical shuttered window on the corner there is on the right a further arched stable door. The INTERIOR divided in two, with at the rear the work space and storage space, of the barn has hardly undergone any changes. An important component such as the partition beams for partitioning the storage of loose fruit has been preserved, as well as the double-walled nature of the building.
