Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ (A) met tussenlid en aangrenzende schuur zijn gelegen op een samengestelde plattegrond waarbij de voorgevel van de schuur ten opzichte van het voorhuis, terugligt. De in baksteen (kruisverband) opgetrokken boerderij bezit in het voorhuis twee bouwlagen, een kelder en zolderverdieping. Het van gebroken dakschilden voorziene Mansardedak, waarin in beide zijgevels dakappellen zijn geplaatst en op de nok twee schoorstenen, is belegd met gesmoorde Muldenpannen. Zowel de schuine zijden van de voor- als achtergevels alsook de zijgevels worden door een omlopend, uitkragende tandfries beëindigd. De vensters van het voorhuis die begane gronds van luiken zijn voorzien, bestaand uit stroken en ter plaatse van de bovenlichten van de ramen persiënnes, zijn van een standaardtype en bevatten een 1½ steens strek en een uitgemetselde lekdorpel. De ramen betreffen schuiframen met glas in lood bovenlichten. Alleen in de geveltop komt een keperboogvormig raampje voor met siermetselwerk dat wigvormig tot de kruin reikt. Ter bevordering van de duidelijkheid van de beschrijving zullen de bouwvolumen boerderij met achterhuis en schuur met tussenlid gescheiden worden.
De VOORGEVEL van het voorhuis met omlopende gecementeerde plint, is symmetrisch ingedeeld met in de centrale as de voordeur. De tussen twee lage vooruitstekende muurdammen geklemde paneeldeur onder een glas in loodraam bovenlicht, rust op hardstenen neuten en dito dorpel. Ter weerszijden komt een gekoppeld schuifraam voor. De verdieping bezit eveneens drie schuiframen waarvan die in de middenas smaller is en geplaatst onder een eerder genoemd keperboogvormig raampje in de kruin van de gebroken topgevel.
De LINKER ZIJGEVEL bevat in het voorhuis-gedeelte drie schuiframen als die in de voorgevel voorkomen. In het dakschild twee aangekapte dakkapellen met gekoppelde ramen. In het achterhuis bevinden zich drie getoogde meerruits stalraampjes (waarvan het bovendeel als klapraam is uitgevoerd) gevat tussen een rollaag en een uitgemetselde lekdorpel.
De symmetrisch ingedeelde ACHTERGEVEL bevat ter weerszijden van de beglaasde naar achter geplaatste deeldeuren (met de linker bestaand uit een onder- en bovendeur) onder een 1½ steens segmentboog, een getoogd staldeurtje onder een steens segmentboog. Boven de muurankers die de zolderverdieping aangeven, komen twee 3x2-ruits raampjes voor. Onder de kruin van de gevel is een door acht roeden onderverdeeld rondraampje aanwezig. De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL wordt door het tussenlid naar de aangrenzende schuur onderbroken. Ter plaatse van het voorhuis zijn twee vensters aanwezig waarvan links een schuifraam en rechts gekoppelde schuiframen. In het dakschild bevindt zich een aangekapte dakkapel met tweemaal drie gekoppelde ramen. In het achter komen drie stalraampjes voor van het eerder beschreven getoogde type.
Het korte tussenlid van woonhuis naar bijschuur bezit aan de voorzijde een identieke deur onder 4x2-ruits bovenlicht, als in het voorhuis voorkomt. In de achterzijde is een gekoppeld raampje geplaatst.
De VOORGEVEL van de bijschuur bevat twee moderne ramen met erboven 2x5-ruits keperboogvormig raampje.
De LINKER ZIJGEVEL bevat vanaf het tussenlid twee stalraampjes van het standaardtype.
De ACHTERGEVEL wordt begane gronds ingenomen door rechts deeldeuren met twee scharnierende helften in de linkerdeur en rechts twee naast elkaar geplaatste staldeurtjes onder een steense segmentboog. In de middenas komt op de zolderverdieping een getoogd luik voor.
De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL telt enkel drie standaard stalraampjes.
Het eenvoudige INTERIEUR van het woonhuis valt op door zijn hoge mate van gaafheid. De hal, waarin een bordestrap, bezit een terrazzo-vloer. De paneeldeuren zijn alle aanwezig. Schuifdeuren scheiden de kamer en suite af waarin stucplafonds en marmeren schouw voorkomen. De plafonds van de kamers op de verdieping zijn veelal voorzien van oorspronkelijke gehoute triplexplaten. Het achterhuis bevat een schuur met drie gebintvakken en grupstal.
In het tussenlid is de keuken ondergebracht die leidt naar de waskeuken in het voorste gedeelte van de bijschuur die verder dienst doet als kleinveestal.

FARMHOUSE (A) with intermediate section and adjoining barn are located on a composite ground plan whereby the front facade of the barn lies back in relation to the front house. The farmhouse constructed in brickwork (English bond) has two storeys in the front house, a cellar and attic storey. The mansard roof provided with broken roof tiles, in which roof dormers are placed in both side gables and two chimneys on the ridge, is covered with smoked Moulding tiles. Both the sloping sides of the front and rear facades as well as the side gables are terminated by a continuous, overhanging dentil frieze. The windows of the front house which on the ground floor are provided with shutters, consisting of strips and in the case of the fanlights with venetian blinds, are of a standard type and contain a 1½ brick stretcher and a recessed drip moulding. The windows are sash windows with leaded glass fanlights. Only in the gable top does a basket-arch-shaped small window occur with decorative brickwork that reaches wedge-shaped to the peak. The FRONT FACADE of the front house with continuous cemented plinth is symmetrically arranged with the front door in the central axis. The LEFT SIDE GABLE contains from the intermediate section two stable windows of the standard type.
The REAR FACADE on the ground floor is occupied on the right by partial doors with two hinged halves in the left door and on the right two stable doors placed next to each other under a brick segmental arch. In the middle axis there is on the attic storey an arched shutter.
The RIGHT SIDE GABLE has only three standard stable windows.
The simple INTERIOR of the dwelling is notable for its high degree of preservation. The hall, which contains a stair, has a terrazzo floor. The panel doors are all present. Sliding doors separate the adjoining room in which stucco ceilings and marble fireplace occur. The ceilings of the rooms on the first storey are largely provided with original wooden triplex boards. The rear building contains a barn with three rafter spans and cow stall.
In the intermediate section the kitchen is housed which leads to the scullery in the front section of the outbuilding which otherwise serves as small livestock shed.
