Voor het huis bevindt zich een gekromde oprit die op twee punten op de Sandbergweg uitkomt. Ter begrenzing van de oprit bevinden zich een viertal lage gepleisterde KOLOMMEN met een bolbekroning.
Waardering TOEGANGSKOLOMMEN (complexonderdeel C) uit 1913.
- Van stedenbouwkundige waarde als functioneel onderdeel van het complex, dat een beeldbepalend element vormt in een landschappelijk belangrijk gebied, dat wordt gekenmerkt door de aanwezigheid van meerdere belangrijke jonge landgoederen en buitenplaatsen als Staverden, Leuvenum en het Roode Koper.
