Omschrijving
Houten TUINHUIS met garage op een plint in zwerfkeien. Het bijgebouw is feitelijk samengesteld uit twee parallel aan elkaar geplaatste rechthoekige bouwvolumen, elk met een zadeldak. Het gebouw heeft één bouwlaag en de kappen zijn met rode pannen belegd. Beide zadeldaken hebben een houten vorstkam met drakenkoppen aan de uiteinden. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in houten rabatdelen. De VOORGEVEL (tuinzijde) heeft links een venster met twee achtruits ramen en persiennes. Het grootste gedeelte wordt ingenomen door een vooruitspringende veranda. In de achterwand van de veranda bevinden zich een deur en twee vensters. De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL heeft in het midden een drielicht met achtruits ramen en persiennes en rechts een klein vierkant venster. In de ACHTERGEVEL bevindt zich een dubbele garagedeur en rechts een venster met twee achtruits ramen voorzien van luiken met uitsparingen. Het terug liggende geveldeel rechts heeft een deur. Het eenvoudige interieur is bewaard gebleven.

Wooden GARDEN HOUSE with garage on a base of irregular stones. The outbuilding is in fact composed of two rectangular building volumes placed parallel to each other, each with a gabled roof. The building has one storey and the roofs are covered with red tiles. Both gabled roofs have a wooden ridge with dragons' heads at the ends. The facades are constructed in wooden rabated boards. The FRONT FACADE (garden side) has on the left a window with two rear-pane frames and shutters. The largest part is occupied by a projecting veranda. In the rear wall of the veranda are a door and two windows. The RIGHT SIDE FACADE has in the middle a three-light window with rear-pane frames and shutters and on the right a small square window. In the REAR FACADE is a double garage door and on the right a window with two rear-pane frames provided with shutters with recesses. The recessed facade section on the right has a door. The simple interior has been preserved.
