Omschrijving
Achter de villa bevindt zich nog een klein voormalig KOETSHUIS met een oorspronkelijk rechthoekig grondvlak en een afsluitend wolfdak met rode Tuiles du Nordpannen, pirons, houten windveren en bakgoten op klossen. De baksteengevels zijn in kruisverband gemetseld en onder de goten voorzien van een tandlaag. De gevels zijn op dezelfde manier gedecoreerd als het hoofdgebouw met in gele verblendsteen uitgevoerde sierbanden. De korte gevels bevatten meerruits ramen. De lange voorgevel heeft een modern kozijn in de oorspronkelijke getoogde gevelopening.

Description
Behind the villa there is still a small former COACH HOUSE with an original rectangular ground plan and a concluding half-hipped roof with red Tuiles du Nord tiles, roof tiles, wooden weather vanes and gutters on brackets. The brick facades are laid in English bond and provided with a dentil course under the gutters. The facades are decorated in the same way as the main building with decorative bands executed in yellow facing brick. The short facades contain multi-light windows. The long front facade has a modern window frame in the original arched facade opening.
