Omschrijving
Het KOETSHUIS annex GARAGE is gebouwd op een samengestelde plattegrond en bestaat uit een aan de weg gelegen éénlaags bouwmassa en een hierop aansluitende tweelaags bouwmassa. De toegangen tot de garage en stallen zijn gelegen in de rechter zijgevel van het gebouw. De evenwijdig aan de weg gelegen VOORGEVEL is symmetrisch ingedeeld en is drie traveeen breed. De detaillering sluit aan bij die van de villa. Iedere travee bezit een venster met een zesruits raam. De middelste travee is iets hoger op getrokken enwordt afgesloten door een tuitgeveltje. De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL heeft links in een dubbele houten paneeldeur en een venster dat voorzien is van een vierruits stolpraam en en een zesruits bovenlicht. Het uitgebouwde tweelaags rechter geveldeel heeft op de begane grond een dubbele houten deur en op de verdieping een rechtgesloten houten luik. De achtergevel heeft zowel op de begane grond als de verdieping een klein venster. Het INTERIEUR is vrij gaaf bewaard gebleven en bezit ondermeer nog de oorspronklijke paardenstallen en een hooizolder.

Description
The COACHHOUSE annex GARAGE is built on a composite plan and consists of a single-storey building mass facing the road and an adjoining two-storey building mass. The entrances to the garage and stables are located in the right side gable of the building. The front gable running parallel to the road is symmetrically laid out and is three bays wide. The detailing is consistent with that of the villa. Each bay has a window with a six-pane sash window. The middle bay is slightly raised and is terminated by a small spout gable. The RIGHT SIDE GABLE has on the left a double wooden panel door and a window that is fitted with a four-pane pivot window and a six-pane fanlight. The protruding two-storey right gable section has a double wooden door on the ground floor and a closed wooden shutter on the upper storey. The rear gable has a small window on both the ground floor and the upper storey. The INTERIOR has been reasonably well preserved and still possesses among other things the original horse stables and a hay loft.
