Kleine SCHUUR op rechthoekig grondplan, in 1927 gebouwd naar een traditioneel ontwerp van de bouwkundige J.W. Francken uit Andelst. De schuur is later aan de zuidzijde uitgebreid met een varkensstal onder doorgetrokken dakschild. Deze uitbreiding valt buiten de bescherming.
De bakstenen GEVELS zijn in kruisverband gemetseld, zijn voorzien van een gecementeerde plint en worden afgesloten door een bloktandlijst. Het merendeel van de uitgespaarde muuropeningen wordt segmentboogvormig afgesloten. De oorspronkelijke roedenverdeling van de stalen ramen is bewaard gebleven. Een grote korfboogvormig afgesloten inrijpoort met opgeklampte dubbele deur bevindt zich in de korte oostgevel. In de tegenover liggende gevel bevindt zich een deur op de begane grond en een zolderluik daarboven. Het WOLFDAK is gedekt met rode verbeterde Hollandse pannen en watert af zonder goten. De nokrichting staat haaks op die van het bedrijfsgedeelte van het hoofdgebouw waarop deze schuur aansluit. De inwendige houtconstructie bestaat uit in de muur en op lisenen gelegde balken waarop schaarspanten met overgekeepte balken.

- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als goed voorbeeld van een traditioneel en sober vormgegeven schuur uit 1927. De inwendige houtconstructie is bewaard gebleven.

Small BARN on rectangular ground plan, built in 1927 designed after a traditional design by surveyor J.W. Francken from Andelst. The barn was later extended on the south side with a pigsty under an extended roof gable. This extension falls outside the protection.
The brick FAÇADES are laid in stretcher bond, are provided with a cemented plinth and are closed off by a dentil course. The majority of the recessed wall openings are closed segmental arch-shaped. The original glazing bars of the steel windows are preserved. A large basket-arch-shaped enclosed entrance gate with strapped double door is located in the short east façade. In the opposite façade is a door on the ground floor and an attic hatch above it. The HALF-HIPPED ROOF is covered with red improved Dutch tiles and drains off without gutters. The ridge direction is at right angles to that of the business section of the main building to which this barn is attached. The internal timber structure consists of beams laid in the wall and on lisenes on which are scissor trusses with keyed-in beams.
