Omschrijving
SCHUUR met rechthoekige plattegrond, bestaande uit één bouwlaag afgesloten door een afgewolfd zadeldak. In het dakschild van de noordgevel bevindt zich een vierkante bakstenen schoorsteenschacht. De gevels met trasraam en rollaag zijn opgetrokken in roodbruine baksteen in kruisverband. In de gevels bevinden zich mestdeuren, halfronde stalramen met vorktracering omsloten door een rollaag en zes-ruits stalramen. De stalramen worden aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een segmentboogvormige rollaag, aan de onderzijde door een bakstenen lekdorpel. De kraalschroten, geklampte deuren worden afgesloten door een segmentboog.
In de VOORGEVEL (noordgevel) bevinden zich vier regelmatig verdeelde mestdeuren met daartussen drie stalramen.
De LINKERZIJGEVEL (oostgevel) eindigt in een afgewolfde topgevel. Links in de gevel bevindt zich een dubbele deur . Rechts bevindt zich een enkele deur in de geveltop bevinden zich twee zes-ruits stalramen.
De ACHTERGEVEL (zuidgevel) bestaat uit driemaal een halfrond stalraam en een mestdeur.
Centraal in de RECHTERZIJGEVEL (westgevel) met afgewolfde geveltop bevindt zich op de begane grond een staldeur met op de verdieping een luik. Links en rechts van de staldeur bevindt zich een stalraam met ijzeren roedenverdeling en vorktracering aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een halfronde rollaag. Links en rechts van het luik bevindt zich een stalraam.
Het INTERIEUR van de schuur is grotendeels in oorspronkelijke staat met onder meer de waskeuken/ stookhok, dekgebinten en hilde.
Waardering
SCHUUR gebouwd circa 1927.
- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als goed voorbeeld van een schuur uit de jaren twintig van de twintigste eeuw als onderdeel van een boerderijcomplex met een gaaf in- en exterieur.

Description
BARN with rectangular floor plan, consisting of one storey enclosed by a half-hipped gabled roof. In the roof slope of the north facade is a square brick chimney shaft. The facades with sandstone strips and plinth course are constructed in reddish-brown brick in English bond. The facades contain manure doors, half-round stable windows with tracery framed by a plinth course and six-pane stable windows. The stable windows are closed at the top by a segmental arch-shaped plinth course, at the bottom by a brick drip tile. The rubble stone work, clamped doors are closed by a segmental arch.
In the FRONT FACADE (north facade) are four regularly distributed manure doors with three stable windows between them.
The LEFT SIDE FACADE (east facade) ends in a half-hipped stepped gable. On the left of the facade is a double door. On the right is a single door. In the gable top are two six-pane stable windows.
The REAR FACADE (south facade) consists of three times a half-round stable window and a manure door.
Centrally in the RIGHT SIDE FACADE (west facade) with half-hipped gable top is on the ground floor a stable door with on the upper storey a hatch. To the left and right of the stable door is a stable window with iron glazing bars and tracery at the top closed by a half-round plinth course. To the left and right of the hatch is a stable window.
The INTERIOR of the barn is largely in original condition with amongst other things the scullery/heating room, tie beams and hilde.
