In 1911 naar ontwerp van arch. R. van 't Hoff gebouwde BOERDERIJ 'De Zaaier', bestaande uit: -een in ca. 1940 verlengd schuurgedeelte - oorspronkelijk dwarsdeel-, thans grotendeels middenlangsdeelschuur- onder met riet gedekt schilddak met wolfeind (achter); oudste gedeelte witgepleisterd met zwarte plint, uitbreiding in schoon metselwerk; rechtgesloten staldeuren; 9- en 12- ruits ijzeren stalramen; in rechter zijgevel deeldeuren, waarboven de dakvoet is opgenomen; in achtergevel met geveltop gepotdekselde delen, rechtgesloten deeldeuren met ruitvormige venstertjes, met aan weerszijden rechtgesloten staldeur en erboven een hooiluik. -Aan de linker zijde haaks aan de schuur vastgebouwd en iets terugliggend een witgepleisterd (met zwarte plint) woongedeelte onder met riet gedekt zadeldak, dat doorloopt over de uitspringende ingangspartij aan de voorzijde; ingangspartij voorzien van deur met 12-ruits bovenlicht, waarboven de dakvoet is opgenomen, en aan weerszijden 6-ruits venster met luik; rondom de woonkamer in totaal 6 vensters met 20-ruits ramen, luiken en in schoon metselwerk uitgevoerde, halfronde ontlastingsbogen; in de voorgevel een gedenksteen: in de geveltop links een 16-ruits venster met aan weerszijden een 8-ruits venster; tegen de achtergevel een uitgebouwd rookkanaal met 8-ruits venster en een aanbouw uit ca.1960 bij de keuken, waarnaast een deur en waarboven een houten beplanking met twee 12-ruits vensters, waartoe de dakvoet tweemaal is opgenomen; sierankers; inwendig in de woonkamer een plafond van moer- en kinderbalken op consoles met korbelen en een grote schouw met (bloem) tegels in mauve en wit. -Los op het erf een witgepleisterd bakhuisje onder met Holl.pannen gedekt zadeldak. De boerderij is opmerkelijk als voorbeeld van een onder architectuur gebouwde 'modelboerderij' (i.t.t. de traditionele boerderijen) en is het eerste bouwwerk uit het zeer kleine oeuvre van de arch. R. van 't Hoff.

FARMHOUSE 'De Zaaier' built in 1911 according to the design of architect R. van 't Hoff, consisting of: -a barn section extended around 1940 -originally a transverse section-, now largely a central lengthwise barn- under a hipped roof thatched with reed with half-hip (rear); oldest section whitewashed with black plinth, extension in fair-faced brickwork; close-fitting stable doors; 9- and 12-paned iron stable windows; in right side gable part doors, above which the roof edge is taken up; in rear gable with gable top half-hipped clay-tiled sections, close-fitting part doors with diamond-patterned small windows, with on either side close-fitting stable door and above it a hay door. -On the left side built at right angles to the barn and set back slightly a whitewashed (with black plinth) residential section under a thatched gabled roof, which continues over the projecting entrance section at the front; entrance section provided with door with 12-paned fanlight, above which the roof edge is taken up, and on either side 6-paned window with shutter; around the living room in total 6 windows with 20-paned frames, shutters and in fair-faced brickwork executed, semi-circular relieving arches; in the front gable a commemorative stone: in the gable top left a 16-paned window with on either side an 8-paned window; against the rear gable a built-out chimney duct with 8-paned window and an extension from around 1960 at the kitchen, next to which a door and above it wooden cladding with two 12-paned windows, to which the roof edge is taken up twice; ornamental wall anchors; inwardly in the living room a ceiling of main and secondary beams on consoles with corbels and a large fireplace with (flower) tiles in mauve and white. -Loose on the farmyard a whitewashed bakehouse under a gabled roof tiled with Dutch tiles. The farmhouse is remarkable as an example of an architecturally built 'model farmhouse' (in contrast to traditional farmhouses) and is the first building from the very small oeuvre of architect R. van 't Hoff.
