SPEELHUISJE (3)
Met rechthoekige plattegrond, bestaande uit één bouwlaag afgesloten door een zadeldak gedekt met rode Hollandse pannen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in horizontale houten delen en beslaat de helft van de plattegrond. De andere helft wordt overkapt door het zadeldak. In de gevels bevindt zich een aantal meerruits ramen.
In het INTERIEUR bevinden zich twee ruimten

SPEELHUISJE gerealiseerd in 1916 in opdracht van het echtpaar Arnoud Waller en Henriette Waller-Pierson, naar ontwerp van de Utrechtse architect D.J. HEUSINKVELD als onderdeel van het complex `De Konijn'.

With rectangular floor plan, consisting of one storey enclosed by a gabled roof covered with red Dutch tiles. The facades are constructed in horizontal wooden sections and covers half of the floor plan. The other half is covered by the gabled roof. In the facades there is a number of multi-paned windows.
