LANDHUIS (1)
Met rechthoekige plattegrond bestaande uit twee bouwlagen afgesloten door een afgewolfd zadeldak gedekt met rode Hollandse pannen. De gevels met trasraam zijn opgetrokken in baksteen. In de gevels bevinden zich meerruits ramen aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een strek met aan weerszijden een geklampt luik.
In de symmetrische VOORGEVEL bevinden zich op de begane grond en de verdieping twee vensters bestaande uit drie gekoppelde meerruits ramen. De afgewolfde geveltop is bekleed met horizontale gepotdekselde delen. Onder het wolfseind bevinden zich twee maal twee gekoppelde zes-ruits ramen. Op de nok bevindt zich een bakstenen schoorsteenschacht.
Op de begane grond in de LINKERZIJGEVEL bevindt zich links twee gekoppelde zes-ruits ramen een kleiner enkelruits raam en rechts drie gekoppelde negen-ruits ramen. De linker vensteras eindigt in een bakgoot op klossen. De rechteras eindigt in een topgevel met achterliggend aangekapt zadeldak. In de deels gepotdekselde geveltop bevinden zich twee gekoppelde zes-ruits ramen. Links in het dakvlak bevinden zich twee identieke dakkapellen op verschillende hoogten. De dakkapellen met twee gekoppelde vier-ruits ramen wordt aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een plat dak.
Tegen de ACHTERGEVEL bevindt zich een aanbouw van één bouwlaag met plat dak. Links van de aanbouw bevinden zich twee gekoppelde zes-ruits ramen. Op de verdieping bevinden zich drie maal twee gekoppelde zes-ruits ramen. De gevel eindigt in een afgewolfde, gepotdekselde geveltop. In de geveltop bevinden zich twee gekoppelde zes-ruits ramen.
Centraal in de symmetrische RECHTERZIJGEVEL bevinden zich twee gekoppelde meerruits ramen met op de verdieping twee gekoppelde zes-ruits ramen. De middenas eindigt in een topgevel met achterliggend, aangekapt zadeldak. De geveltop is deels voorzien van een potdekseling. Links in de gevel bevindt zich een deur met glasindeling met aan de linkerzijde een zes-ruits zijlicht. Rechts in de gevel bevindt zich een deur met glasindeling met aan de rechterzijde een zes-ruits zijlicht. In het dakvlak bevindt zich aan weerszijden van de topgevel een dakkapel met plat dak met twee gekoppelde vier-ruits ramen.
Het INTERIEUR bevindt zich grotendeels in een oorspronkelijke staat met onder meer zeer rijke schoorsteenmantels en vuurzitten.
Waardering
LANDHUIS gerealiseerd in 1916 in opdracht van het echtpaar Arnoud Waller en Henriette Waller-Pierson, naar ontwerp van de Utrechtse architect D.J. HEUSINKVELD als onderdeel van het complex `De Konijn'.

COUNTRY HOUSE (1)
With rectangular floor plan consisting of two storeys enclosed by a half-hipped roof covered with red Dutch tiles. The facades with ashlar are constructed in brickwork. The facades contain multi-paned windows at the top closed off by a string course with a clamped shutter on either side.
In the symmetrical FRONT FACADE there are on the ground floor and first floor two windows consisting of three coupled multi-paned windows. The half-hipped gable top is clad with horizontal panned roof-tile pieces. Below the half-hipped end there are two times two coupled six-paned windows. On the ridge there is a brick chimney stack.
On the ground floor in the LEFT SIDE FACADE on the left are two coupled six-paned windows a smaller single-paned window and on the right three coupled nine-paned windows. The left window axis ends in a gutter on brackets. The right axis ends in a gable with attached half-hipped roof behind it. In the partly panned roof-tile gable top there are two coupled six-paned windows. On the left in the roof plane there are two identical roof dormers at different heights. The dormers with two coupled four-paned windows are closed off at the top by a flat roof.
Against the REAR FACADE there is a one-storey extension with flat roof. To the left of the extension there are two coupled six-paned windows. On the first floor there are three times two coupled six-paned windows. The facade ends in a half-hipped, panned roof-tile gable top. In the gable top there are two coupled six-paned windows.
Centrally in the symmetrical RIGHT SIDE FACADE there are two coupled multi-paned windows with on the first floor two coupled six-paned windows. The central axis ends in a gable with attached half-hipped roof behind it. The gable top is partly provided with panned roof-tile covering. On the left in the facade there is a door with glazing pattern with a six-paned side light on the left side.
