Omschrijving
FRUITKELDER (3) met rechthoekige plattegrond onder een aarden heuvel. De kelder is herkenbaar aan de ingangspartij bestaande uit een bakstenen steektrap aan weerszijden geflankeerd door bakstenen muren die leiden naar een enkele, houten geklampte deur. Midden op de aarden heuvel is een gepleisterde bakstenen ventilatiekoker zichtbaar.
Het INTERIEUR bestaat uit twee kamers en wordt afgesloten door een gepleisterd segmentboogvormig gewelf.

FRUITKELDER als onderdeel van het complex `Mens en Samenleving' daterend uit 1900 gelegen aan de westzijde van het hoofdgebouw.
- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een fruitkelder uit 1900 als onderdeel van een herstellingsoord `Mens en Samenleving'.

Description
FRUIT CELLAR (3) with rectangular floor plan beneath an earthen mound. The cellar is recognizable by the entrance section consisting of a brick flight of steps flanked on either side by brick walls leading to a single, wooden clamped door. In the middle of the earthen mound a plastered brick ventilation duct is visible.
The INTERIOR consists of two rooms and is closed off by a plastered segmental barrel vault.
