Omschrijving
Omschrijving onderdeel C SCHUUR op rechthoekige plattegrond, met gevels in rode baksteen (veldovensteen) binnen houten vakwerk. De schuur is een bouwlaag en een zolderruimte hoog en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak met twee ongelijk uitzwenkende schilden. De schilden zijn belegd met rode oudhollandse pannen. De schuur heeft een zwartgeschilderde, beschoten topgevel met overstek en witgeschilderde windveren. Het hout van het vakwerk is eveneens zwart geschilderd. In de asymmetrisch ingedeelde VOORGEVEL die naar het erf gericht is bevinden zich rechts twee dubbele inrijdeuren, links hiervan een kleinere deur en de rest van de gevel is in vakwerk opgebouwd. In de geveltop bevindt zich een topgevelteken typisch voor de streek. De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL bestaat geheel uit metselwerk binnen vakwerk met twee dichtgezette ramen links in de zijgevel. De LINKER ZIJGEVEL is eveneens opgebouwd in vakwerk en bezit drie op het metselwerk geschilderde vierruits vensters. De asymmetrisch ingedeelde ACHTERGEVEL heeft rechts baksteen in vakwerk en links houten inrijdeuren.
Waardering
SCHUUR (complexonderdeel C)
-Van architectuurhistorische waarde als goed voorbeeld van een schuur op een boerenerf, met een voor de streek typische verschijningsvorm. De schuur valt op vanwege de deels in vakwerk en deels in hout uitgevoerde gevels en de inzwenkende dakschilden.
-Van stedenbouwkundige waarde als functioneel onderdeel van de boerderij, met hoge ensemblewaarden met de andere erfbebouwing. De schuur sluit het erf aan de achterzijde af en is hier sterk beeldbepalend voor het aanzien van het complex.

Description
Description component C BARN on rectangular plan, with facades in red brick (field kiln brick) within timber framing. The barn is one storey and a loft space high and is covered by a gabled roof with two unequally projecting hipped sections. The sections are covered with red Dutch old-fashioned tiles. The barn has a black-painted, boarded stepped gable with overhang and white-painted wind vanes. The timber of the framing is likewise black-painted. In the asymmetrically arranged FRONT FACADE facing the farmyard there are two double cart doors on the right, a smaller door to the left of these and the rest of the facade is constructed in timber framing. In the gable top there is a gable sign typical of the region. The RIGHT SIDE FACADE consists entirely of brickwork within timber framing with two blocked windows on the left in the side facade. The LEFT SIDE FACADE is likewise constructed in timber framing and has three four-pane windows painted on the brickwork. The asymmetrically arranged REAR FACADE has brickwork in timber framing on the right and wooden cart doors on the left.
Assessment
BARN (complex component C)
-Of architectural-historical value as a good example of a barn on a farmstead, with an appearance typical of the region. The barn stands out because of the facades executed partly in timber framing and partly in wood and the inswinging roof sections.
-Of urban planning value as a functional component of the farmhouse, with high ensemble values with the other farm buildings. The barn closes off the farmyard at the rear and is highly characteristic here for the appearance of the complex.
