Vrijstaand, gepleisterd KOETSHUIS/ DIENSTWONING met rechthoekig grondplan bestaande uit één bouwlaag, gebouwd omstreeks 1850 gewijzigd in 1913. het pand wordt afgesloten door een zadeldak gedekt door gesmoorde oud Hollandse pannen. Op de nok bevindt zich een vierkante bakstenen schoorsteenschacht met afdekplaat. De wit gepleisterde gevels zijn voorzien van een grijs geschilderde plint.
Op de begane grond in de VOORGEVEL (oostgevel) bevinden zich drie identieke, regelmatig verdeelde, getoogde zes-ruits schuiframen. Aan de onderzijde worden de vensters afgesloten door een hardstenen lekdorpel aan de bovenzijde bevindt zich een schouderboogvormige waterlijst. De gevel eindigt in een topgevel met royaal overstek voorzien van rijk gesneden windveren. Het overstek wordt ondersteund door rijk geprofileerde korbeelstellen. Op top bevindt zich een houten makelaar. Centraal in de geveltop bevindt zich een venster bestaande uit twee rondboogramen met roedenverdeling aan de onderzijde afgesloten door één lekdorpel aan de bovenzijde door één gestucte rondboog. Midden boven tussen de vensters bevindt zich een rond venster met diagonale roedenverdeling. Links en rechts in de geveltop bevindt zich een rechthoekig venster met roedenverdeling.
Centraal in de LINKERZIJGEVEL (zuidgevel) bevindt zich de risalerende topgevel gerealiseerd in 1913. Op de begane grond van de topgevel bevinden zich twee vensters aan weerszijden geflankeerd door persiennes en een enkele houten deur met bovenlicht. In de geveltop bevindt zich een rondboog venster bestaande uit een vier-ruits stolpraam met halfrond bovenlicht met vorktracering. De gevel eindigt in een royaal overstek ondersteund door rijk geprofileerde korbeelstellen en een eenvoudig sierspant. Links van de risalerende topgevel bevindt zich een blinde gevel. Rechtsonder in het rechter geveldeel bevindt zich een korfboogvormig kelderraam afgeschermd door ijzeren rooster.
In de symmetrische ACHTERGEVEL (westgevel) bevindt zich centraal een dubbele segmentboogvormige geklampte deur. Links en rechts van de deur bevinden zich twee naast elkaar geplaatste twee-ruits rondboogramen aan de onderzijde afgesloten door één lekdorpel. In de geveltop bevindt zich een segmentboogvormig geklampt luik. De geveltop wordt afgesloten door eenvoudige windveren.
De indeling van de RECHTERZIJGEVEL (noordgevel) is gewijzigd en dateert waarschijnlijk uit 1975. Het INTERIEUR bevindt zich gedeeltelijk nog in oorspronkelijke staat.

Detached, rendered COACH HOUSE/SERVICE DWELLING with rectangular ground plan consisting of one storey, built circa 1850 modified in 1913. The building is enclosed by a gabled roof covered by dampened old Dutch tiles. On the ridge is a square brick chimney stack with cap plate. The white rendered facades are furnished with a grey painted plinth.
On the ground floor in the FRONT FACADE (east facade) are three identical, regularly distributed, arched six-pane sash windows. At the bottom the windows are closed by a hardstone drip moulding at the top is a shoulder-arch-shaped drip moulding. The facade ends in a shaped gable with generous projection furnished with richly carved wind braces. The projection is supported by richly profiled corbel brackets. On the apex is a wooden weathercock. Centrally in the gable top is a window consisting of two round-arched windows with glazing bars at the bottom closed by one drip moulding at the top by one stuccoed round arch. In the middle above between the windows is a round window with diagonal glazing bars. Left and right in the gable top is a rectangular window with glazing bars.
Centrally in the LEFT SIDE FACADE (south facade) is the projecting shaped gable realised in 1913. On the ground floor of the shaped gable are two windows flanked on both sides by louvers and a single wooden door with fanlight. In the gable top is a round-arched window consisting of a four-pane tilting window with semi-circular fanlight with fork tracery. The facade ends in a generous projection supported by richly profiled corbel brackets and a simple decorative tie-beam. To the left of the projecting shaped gable is a blind facade. Bottom right in the right facade section is a basket-arched cellar window screened by iron grille.
In the symmetrical REAR FACADE (west facade) is centrally a double segmental-arch-shaped clamped door. Left and right of the door are two side-by-side placed two-pane round-arched windows closed at the bottom by one drip moulding. In the gable top is a segmental-arch-shaped clamped shutter. The gable top is closed by simple wind braces.
The arrangement of the RIGHT SIDE FACADE (north facade) has been modified and probably dates from 1975. The INTERIOR is partially still in original state.
