Omschrijving
TUINMANSWONING. Deels onderkelderde rode bakstenen tuinmanswoning op rechthoekige grondslag onder een met Oud Hollandse gesmoorde pannen gedekt zadeldak met overstek. De overstekken zijn voorzien van windveren met een gesneden ornamentele voorplank.
De woning werd omstreeks 1860 gebouwd.
De symmetrische voor(west-)gevel, die een natuurstenen onderdorpel en vlechtingen vertoont, heeft op de beganegrond twee vensters met een 6-ruits schuifraam en een 3- ruits bovenlicht. In de topgevel een halfrond opgeklampt hooiluik met natuurstenen onderdorpel.
Rechter zijgevel: een thans dichtgezet venster van recente datum, dat voor de bescherming van ondergeschikte betekenis is. Ter hoogte van het achterhuis een thans dicht gezet gietijzeren rond venster ter weerszijden van een getoogde opgeklampte staldeur.
Linker zijgevel: van links naar rechts een thans dichtgezet 4-ruitsvenster met schuifraam, een keldervenster met opgeklampt luik en een kozijn met een opgeklampte deur. De gevel heeft een natuurstenen onderdorpel.
Achtergevel: de symmetrische achtergevel (met vlechtingen) heeft een getoogde en opgeklampte dubbele deur en ter weerszijden en getoogde staldeur.
Inwendig: de woning vertoont de oorspronkelijke indeling van een centraal gelegen hal aan de voorzijde met een kamer met bedstee aan weerszijden, een opkamer, kelder, stal en hooizolder.

Description
GARDENER'S COTTAGE. Partly cellared red brick gardener's cottage on rectangular ground plan under a gabled roof covered with smoored Old Dutch tiles with overhang. The overhangs are provided with wind braces with a carved ornamental fascia.
The cottage was built around 1860.
The symmetrical front (west) gable, which has a natural stone sub-threshold and brickwork patterns, has on the ground floor two windows with a 6-pane sash window and a 3-pane fanlight. In the gable a semicircular affixed hay door with natural stone sub-threshold.
Right side gable: a now blocked window of recent date, which is of subordinate significance for the preservation. At the height of the rear building a now blocked cast-iron round window on each side of an arched affixed stable door.
Left side gable: from left to right a now blocked 4-pane window with sash frame, a cellar window with affixed shutter and a frame with an affixed door. The gable has a natural stone sub-threshold.
Rear gable: the symmetrical rear gable (with brickwork patterns) has an arched and affixed double door and on each side an arched stable door.
Interior: the cottage shows the original arrangement of a centrally located hall at the front with a room with bed recess on each side, an upper room, cellar, stable and hayloft.
