In het verlengde van het bedrijfsgedeelte staat op het achtererf een grote langwerpige SCHUUR onder een zadeldak met oud Hollandse pannen. Het dak heeft boven de topgevels windveren. Boven de zijgevels heeft het dak zinken bakgoten. Deze schuur, daterend uit 1866 is éénbeukig en heeft bakstenen gevels, opgetrokken in kruisverband. De lange zijgevels worden zowel aan buiten- als de binnenzijde geleed door liseenachtige muurverzwaringen, waarop de trekbalken van de kap rusten. De muren zijn binnen gepleisterd. Aan de buitenzijde zijn deze verzwaringen als architectonisch-decoratief element uitgevoerd. Ze bestaan uit gemetselde lisenen, die deze zijgevels in zeven vakken verdelen. Boven worden deze lisenen onderling verbonden door een horizontale uitspringende gemetselde band met een muizetandlijst eronder. In elke travee is een klein getoogd stalvenster met bakstenen lekdorpel en getoogd ijzeren vier-ruits stalraam met spinnekop opgenomen. De beide kopgevels hebben een topgevel. Ze hebben beide dezelfde indeling. Onder bevindt zich een brede bedrijfsdeuropening, afgesloten door een segmentboog en gevuld met dubbele opgeklampte bedrijfsdeuren. Boven de bedrijfsdeuropening bevindt zich een door een segmentboog afgesloten hooiluikopening met een getoogd opgeklampt luik. In de top bevindt zich een oculusvenstertje met ijzeren achtpas-tracering. De voorgevel van deze schuur heeft rechts naast de bedrijfsdeuropening een hardstenen gevelsteen met de tekst "Nellie Noorduijn 1866".

- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als goed voorbeeld van een schuur op een boerenerf De schuur uit 1866 met in de zijwanden lisenen is zeer karakteristiek voor de tijd waarin het werd gebouwd. De detaillering van dit gebouw is zeer verzorgd uitgevoerd.
- Van stedenbouwkundige / situeringswaarde als onderdeel van het complex dat een sterk beeldbepalende ligging heeft en zowel in het beeld van de Poelsestraat zelf, als in het beeld vanuit de ten noorden ervan gelegen Van Heemstraweg een zeer opvallende rol speelt. In dit fraaie beeld spelen de plaatsing van de gebouwen ten opzichte van elkaar en het monumentale geboomte op het erf en langs de het complex doorsnijdende Poelsestraat een belangrijke rol. De boerderij met bijgebouwen staat op een al oude boerenplaats en het geheel speelt dan ook een belangrijke rol in de historische structuur ter plaatse.

In the extension of the business section, a large oblong BARN stands on the rear yard under a gabled roof with old Dutch tiles. The roof has wind vanes above the end gables. Above the side gables the roof has zinc gutters. This barn, dating from 1866, is single-aisled and has brick gables, laid in English bond. The long side gables are articulated on both the outside and inside by pilaster-like wall thickenings, on which the tie beams of the roof truss rest. The walls are plastered inside. On the outside these thickenings are executed as an architectural-decorative element. They consist of mortared pilasters, which divide these side gables into seven bays. Above, these pilasters are connected to each other by a horizontal projecting mortared band with a dentil moulding beneath it. In each bay a small arched stable window is incorporated with a brick sill and arched iron four-pane stable frame with spinneret. Both end gables have a stepped gable. They have the same layout. Below is a wide business door opening, closed by a segmental arch and filled with double framed business doors. Above the business door opening is a hay door opening closed by a segmental arch with an arched framed shutter. At the top is a small oculus window with iron cinquefoil tracery. The front gable of this barn has to the right of the business door opening a hardstone foundation stone with the text "Nellie Noorduijn 1866".

- Of urban planning / siting value as part of the complex which has a strongly image-defining location and plays a very prominent role both in the image of the Poelsestraat itself and in the view from the Van Heemstraweg located to the north. In this fine image the placement of the buildings in relation to each other and the monumental trees on the yard and along the Poelsestraat running through the complex play an important role. The farm with outbuildings stands on an ancient farmstead and the whole therefore plays an important role in the historical structure in this location.
