Omschrijving
De SCHUURBERG, gelegen op het achtererf van boerderij "Steurenburg", heeft een onderbouw voor de stalling van varkens (oorspronkelijk werktuigen?) en een open bovenbouw voor de opslag van hooi. De houten onderbouw op vierkant grondplan is aan twee zijden uitgebouwd. De gemetselde uitbouw heeft zes getoogde zesruits stalramen en een dakschild met gesmoorde oud-Hollandse pannen. De wanden bestaan uit verticaal beschot op een gemetselde plint. In de houten wand tegenover de boerderij bevindt zich een staldeur.
De voor het opslaan van hooi bestemde open bovenbouw bestaat uit een planken tasvloer, vier houten roeden en een in hoogte verstelbaar rieten tentdak.

- Van architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde als typologisch goed voorbeeld van een 19de eeuwse schuurberg met een houten onderbouw (stalling) en een verhoogde tasruimten met vier roeden en een rieten tentdak. The HAYLOFT BARN, located on the rear yard of farmhouse "Steurenburg", has a base structure for the stalling of pigs (originally tools?) and an open upper structure for the storage of hay.
