Omschrijving THEEKOEPEL uit 1911, gelegen achter het pand Sterreschansweg 77. De halfopen theekoepel bestaat uit een houten zevenzijdige bovenbouw op een in baksteen uitgevoerd bijna halfcirkelvormig basement. De vlakke, driehoekig beÙindigde, voorgevel van de theekoepel is gedeeltelijk open en heeft een licht getoogde toegang waarboven zich een groot korfboogvormig veelruits bovenlicht bevindt dat met kathedraalglas is gevuld. Aan weerszijden van de toegang bevindt zich een smal veelruits en rond afgesloten zijlicht. De zeven houten gevelzijden bevatten elk ÚÚn of twee achtruits ramen. Het geheel wordt afgesloten door een met zink bekleed schuin aflopend dak. Aan weerszijden van de entree bevindt zich een bakstenen kolommetje met een hardstenen bolbekroning.
Waardering
THEEKOEPEL, behorende bij VILLA SALATIGA.
- Van architectuurhistorische en typologische waarde als voorbeeld van een grotendeels in hout vormgegeven theekoepel achter een villa. De theekoepel is tevens van waarde vanwege de functionele samenhang met het hoofdgebouw.
- Van stedenbouwkundige en landschappelijke waarde als karakteristiek onderdeel van de stuwwalbebouwing in het noordoostelijke deel van Nijmegen. Vanuit de theekoepel is er vrij zicht op het lager gelegen stroomgebied van de Waal en op de Ooijpolder.
- Van cultuurhistorische waarde als onderdeel van de bebouwing in een gebied met een bijzondere landschappelijke en archeologische waarde. In de tuin zijn nog restanten zichtbaar van de uit de vroege negentiende eeuw daterende kazematten bij het voormalige Fort Sterreschans.

Description TEA PAVILION from 1911, located behind the property Sterreschansweg 77. The semi-open tea pavilion consists of a wooden seven-sided superstructure on a basement executed in brick with an almost semicircular form. The flat, triangularly finished front facade of the tea pavilion is partially open and has a slightly arched entrance above which is a large corbel arch-shaped multi-pane fanlight filled with cathedral glass. On either side of the entrance is a narrow multi-pane and round-ended side light. The seven wooden facade sides each contain one or two back-pane windows. The whole is closed off by a roof sloping downwards and clad with zinc. On either side of the entrance is a brick column with a hardstone ball-topped crown.
