Servaasbolwerk 11;12;13
Woonblok van drie in een rij gelegen HERENHUIZEN (complexonderdeel 2). De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel telt negen traveeën, waarvan de middelste drie licht risaleren onder een fronton. Van de drie bouwlagen is alleen de begane grond gepleisterd (schijnvoegen). De voorgevel wordt horizontaal geleed door een dubbele cordonlijst ter hoogte van de eerste verdiepingsvloer en een kroonlijst. Tussen de tweede en derde bouwlaag komt alleen in de middenrisaliet een cordonlijst voor. De vensters begane gronds bevatten T-schuiframen, de paneeldeur in de middenrisaliet is rechts van de middenas geplaatst. De vensters op de verdiepingen zijn alle licht getoogd en alleen in de tweede bouwlaag van een doorlopende de vensters afsluitende schouderboog voorzien. De vensters zijn gevat tussen muurdammen met verdiepte velden, de hoeken van de risaliet worden in de derde bouwlaag gemarkeerd door gepleisterde hoekblokken. De bovenste vensters zijn voorzien van een gepleisterde sluitsteen of een omlijsting met kuif (middelste van drie vensters). De flanken van de voorgevel met elk drie vensterassen zijn spiegelbeeldig gelijk. Housing block of three TOWNHOUSES in a row (complex component 2). The symmetrically arranged front facade comprises nine bays, of which the middle three project slightly under a pediment. Of the three storeys only the ground floor is plastered (false joints). The front facade is divided horizontally by a double cordon moulding at the height of the first floor and a cornice. Between the second and third storey a cordon moulding occurs only in the middle projection. The windows on the ground floor contain T-sash windows, the panelled door in the middle projection is placed to the right of the central axis. The windows on the upper floors are all slightly arched and only on the second storey provided with a continuous shoulder arch closing off the windows. The windows are set between wall piers with recessed fields, the corners of the projection are marked on the third storey by plastered corner blocks. The upper windows are provided with a plastered keystone or a moulding with a hood (middle of three windows). The flanks of the front facade each with three window axes are mirror images of each other. The door is placed against the middle projection, the central axis is emphasized on the second and third storeys by a window with plastered moulding, only above provided with a hood, as well as the window with shoulder arch on either side of the central axis on the upper floor. Both windows to the left and right of the central axis (which ends with a flat-roofed dormer) on the third storey are closed off by a plastered keystone.
