Inleiding
GARAGE, behorende tot het complex 'Rossinilaan 11', in 1939 gebouwd in functionalistische bouwtrant naar het ontwerp van P.J. Elling. De garage is gesitueerd evenwijdig aan de terreingrens aan de noordwestzijde van de villa op een terrein aan de zuidwestzijde van de Rossinilaan in het Kannesheuvelpark.
Omschrijving
Garage, opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond ter hoogte van een bouwlaag onder plat dak. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in wit geschilderde baksteen op een plint in klinkers. De garagedeuren met vensters met decoratieve middenstijl bevinden zich aan de oostzijde. In de zuidgevel is een dubbel venster geplaatst.
