ERFSCHEIDING, behorend tot het complex 'Sonneheerdt'.
Omschrijving
De erfscheiding bestaat uit een ijzeren spijlenhek waarin de toegang zich aan de zuidoostzijde bevindt. Een tweevleugelig ijzeren hek is gevat tussen twee hekpijlers, opgetrokken in rode verblendsteen met een hardstenen dekplaat met de naam van de villa in verdiept uitgehouwen letters: 'SONNE/HEERDT'.
Waardering
De erfscheiding is van algemeen belang wegens architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde als onderdeel van het complex 'Sonneheerdt' en als gaaf bewaard gebleven voorbeeld van een erfscheiding uit het eerste kwart van de twintigste eeuw.

The boundary wall consists of an iron paling fence with the entrance located on the southeast side. A two-part iron gate is set between two gate piers, erected in red facing brick with a hardstone coping plate with the name of the villa in recessed carved letters: 'SONNE/HEERDT'.
Valuation
The boundary wall is of general importance for its architectural and cultural historical value as part of the complex 'Sonneheerdt' and as a well-preserved example of a boundary wall from the first quarter of the twentieth century.
