Inleiding
LANGGEVELBOERDERIJ met dwarsdeel gebouwd in ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl in de tweede helft van de 19de eeuw. Rechthoekige plattegrond met de lange gevel aan het Kerkhof. Erf met boerenhof en hoogstamboomgaard, gedeeltelijk omzoomd door beukenhaag.
Omschrijving
De boerderij heeft een bouwlaag onder wolfdak, gedekt met riet en een voet van verbeterde grijs-rood genuanceerde Hollandse pannen. Het woongedeelte van de boerderij bestaat uit twee traveeën: de voordeur en venster. In de westelijke kopgevel het venster van de opkamer en woonkamer. De ramen zijn voorzien van zesruits-schuifvensters met luiken.
Het bedrijfsgedeelte heeft grote deeldeuren en lage potstaldeuren. Het opgaande werk bestaat uit rood genuanceerde, handgevormde baksteen gemetseld in kruisverband met onder de dakrand een tandlijst en cementen plint. Het interieur is grotendeels authentiek en heeft onder andere het oorspronkelijke gebint en de kelder met opkamer behouden. Boven de oorspronkelijke potstal de tasruimte.
Waardering
De langgevelboerderij met erf is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuur-historisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in de negentiende eeuw en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerderij. Architectuur-historisch is het pand van belang vanwege de eenvoudige detaillering en de bijzondere samenhang tussen exterieur en interieur. De boerderij is belangrijk vanwege de gaafheid van het in- en exterieur, met name door de aanwezigheid van de potstal en is als zodanig zeldzaam. Het geheel heeft ensemblewaarde in relatie met de nabijgelegen begraafplaats temidden van akkers en weilanden en vormt daarmee een fraai en uniek landschappelijk geheel.

The farmhouse has one storey under half-hipped roof, covered with thatch and a base of improved greyish-red nuanced Dutch tiles. The dwelling part of the farmhouse consists of two bays: the front door and window. In the western gable end the window of the chamber and living room. The windows are fitted with six-pane sash windows with shutters.
The business part has large sliding doors and low animal stall doors.
