Omschrijving
Klein en sober SCHOOLGEBOUW op rechthoekig grondplan, één bouwlaag hoog en afgedekt met een plat dak. De afwatering vindt plaats via overstekende bakgoten. De gevels met hoog trasraam zijn opgetrokken in rode baksteen en worden verlevendigd door sober siermetselwerk. Alle vensters en deuren zijn gewijzigd binnen de oorspronkelijke kozijnen. De venster worden aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door gemetselde, rechte hanenkammen.
De symmetrisch ingedeelde VOORGEVEL aan de pastoor Hagenstraat kenmerkt zich door grote klaslokaalvensters aan weerszijden van een licht vooruitspringend middenrisaliet, dat is afgesloten door een boven de daklijst uitstekende, gemetselde opbouw met hoekstukken. In een verdiept portiek ligt de entree, met een vernieuwde deur.
De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL is blind.
De LINKER ZIJGEVEL is blind en bezit een vermoedelijk latere aanbouw waarin een garage is ondergebracht.
De ACHTERGEVEL bezit enkele vernieuwde vensters binnen de oorspronkelijke kozijnen.
Het INTERIEUR is gewijzigd ten behoeve van de nieuwe functie.

Klein SCHOOLGEBOUW (complexonderdeel E) uit 1929
-Van architectuurhistorische waarde als goed en in hoofdvorm gaaf bewaard voorbeeld van een klein schoolgebouw bij een parochiecomplex. Het gebouw is van een veel voorkomend sober uitgevoerd type, waarbij decoratief metselwerk is toegepast in de voorgevel en de ingangspartij. Het schooltje heeft een voor de bouwtijd kenmerkende opbouw en detaillering. De oorspronkelijke functie van het gebouw is onder meer herkenbaar door de grote vensters in de voorgevel.

Description
Small and sober SCHOOL BUILDING on a rectangular ground plan, one storey high and covered with a flat roof. The drainage takes place via overhanging gutters. The facades with tall sandstone frame are built in red brick and are enlivened by sober decorative brickwork. All windows and doors have been altered within the original frames. The windows are closed at the top by mortared, straight decorative roof tile crests.
