Omschrijving onderdeel 5: (Hoofdstraat 21; op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nr. 5) KOETSHUIS annex DIENSTWONING.
Het koetshuis ligt ten zuidoosten van de plek waar tot 1887 het huis Beerschoten-Willinkshof stond en is bereikbaar via een aftakking van de zuidelijke oprijlaan. De ornamentele eindgevel van het gebouw is richting de oprijlaan geprojecteerd. Het wit gepleisterde pand op rechthoekige grondslag telt één bouwlaag en een zolder onder een met gesmoorde pannen gedekt zadeldak, dat aan de achterzijde eindigt in een schild. De ornamentele eindgevel is voorzien van windveren, een dubbele inrijdeur en een hooiluik. Het koetshuis dateert uit de tweede helft van de 19de eeuw.

Description
Description of component 5: (Hoofdstraat 21; indicated on the accompanying map with no. 5) CARRIAGE HOUSE annex SERVANT'S DWELLING.
The carriage house is located to the southeast of the site where the house Beerschoten-Willinkshof stood until 1887 and is accessible via a branch off the southern approach drive. The ornamental gable end of the building is oriented towards the approach drive. The white plastered building on rectangular base has one storey and an attic under a gabled roof covered with suppressed tiles, which ends in a half-hipped roof at the rear. The ornamental gable end is provided with wind vanes, a double carriage entrance and a hay loft opening. The carriage house dates from the second half of the 19th century.
