Omschrijving
Grote BIJSCHUUR uit ca. 1880, gebouwd naast de boerderij aan de Eldersmaat. De schuur is van het hallenhuistype en heeft in kruisverband gemetselde gevels. De VOOR- EN ACHTERGEVEL zijn symmetrisch vormgegeven en hebben segmentboogvormige staldeuropeningen met aan weerszijden een houten vierruits stalraampje met een getoogde bovenzijde en een getoogd staldeurtje. Het wolfsdak is met gesmoorde oud Hollandse pannen belegd.
De LINKERZIJGEVEL heeft drie getoogde staldeurtjes, afgewisseld met twee halfronde ijzeren stalramen en een rechthoekig vierruits raam. De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL heeft twee getoogde staldeurtjes, een zesruits ijzeren raam en een halfrond ijzeren stalraam.
Waardering
Gaaf bewaard gebleven BIJSCHUUR van boerderijcomplex, ontstaan vanaf ongeveer 1880.
- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als goed en gaaf voorbeeld van een laat negentiende eeuwse bijschuur bij een hallenhuisboerderij uit dezelfde periode. De schuur is in combinatie met de overige erfonderdelen van architectuurhistorisch belang. De voor het dit landschap kenmerkende vorm en de erfindeling van het complex is bijzonder goed bewaard gebleven.
- Van stedenbouwkundige waarde vanwege de markante ligging aan de Eldersmaat, ten oosten van kasteel Hackfort, waar het complex in oorsprong toe behoorde. Het direct aan de boomrijke weg gelegen complex maakt een onmisbaar onderdeel uit van het belangrijke coulissenlandschap dat het buitengebied van de gemeente Vorden kenmerkt. De schuur is direct naast de boerderij gesitueerd en daardoor goed zichtbaar vanaf de openbare weg.

Description
Large ANCILLARY BARN from approximately 1880, built next to the farmhouse on the Eldersmaat. The barn is of the hall-house type and has cross-bonded masonry façades. The FRONT AND REAR FAÇADES are symmetrically designed and have segmental arch stable door openings with on either side a wooden four-pane stable window with an arched top and an arched stable door. The half-hipped roof is covered with muted old Dutch tiles.
The LEFT SIDE FAÇADE has three arched stable doors, alternated with two semi-circular iron stable windows and a rectangular four-pane window. The RIGHT SIDE FAÇADE has two arched stable doors, a six-pane iron window and a semi-circular iron stable window.
Valuation
Ancillary barn of farmhouse complex preserved intact, originating from approximately 1880 onwards.
