Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ van het hallenhuistype met in kruisverband gemetselde gevels en een iets opgelicht zadeldak met wolfseinden ter plaatse van het linkerdeel van het voorhuis. Aan het metselwerk van de voorgevel is zichtbaar dat deze wijziging later is uitgevoerd. De boerderij is gedeeltelijk met riet en met rode oud Hollandse pannen belegd. Goten ontbreken. Het opgelichte dakvlak bezit ter plaatse van het voorhuis een gemetselde schoorsteen. De VOORGEVEL van de boerderij is asymmetrisch ingedeeld en bevat twee zesruits schuiframen met luiken, stenen onderdorpels, en afsluitende anderhalf steens strekken. Rechts hiervan bevindt zich de toegangspartij, bestaande uit een eenvoudige voordeur met een bovenlicht en een afsluitende strek. Het bovenlicht heeft een indeling met twee verticale en twee horizontale roeden die zò zijn geplaatst dat er in het midden van het bovenlicht een rechthoekig vlak is ontstaan. Deze indeling is typerend voor de boerderijen van Hackfort. Rechts van de ingangspartij bevindt zich het kleine schuivende, zesruits keukenraam dat is voorzien van een enkel luik. De voorgevel, die is voorzien van vlechtingen heeft één drieruits zolderraam in de vorm van een liggende rechthoek. Ter plaatse van de zoldervloer bevinden zich eenvoudige staafankers. De LINKER ZIJGEVEL van het voorhuis is door een verbouwing (uitbouw slaapkamer) in 1927 ca. 1 meter naar buiten geplaatst en heeft twee, door een middenstijl gescheiden, vierruits ramen met een drieruits bovenlicht. Elk van de ramen heeft een luik. De zijgevel van het achterhuis heeft twee rechthoekige staldeurtjes en direct achter het voorhuis een dubbel vierruits raam dat later is ingebracht. In het gevelwerk van het achterhuis zijn rond 1970 wijzigingen aangebracht. De ACHTERGEVEL heeft een kenmerkende indeling. In het midden bevinden zich de door een verwijderbare middeler van elkaar gescheiden deeldeuren in een korfboogvormige opening. Aan weerszijden ervan bevindt zich een vierruits, in hout uitgevoerd en getoogd, stalraampje. Links bevat de gevel twee identiek vormgegeven, korfboogvormig afgesloten staldeurtjes. Rechts bevindt zich één staldeur met dezelfde vorm, maar iets groter uitgevoerd. In de gevel zijn vlechtingen en muurankers ter hoogte van de zolder en de hilden herkenbaar. Een hooiluik ontbreekt.
De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL bevat ter plaatse van het woongedeelte een dubbel vierruits raam, twee enkele vierruits raampjes en een klein rechthoekig raam. De achterhuisgevel heeft twee rechthoekige staldeurtjes, afgewisseld door drie zesruits ijzeren stalramen in een rechthoekige uitvoering.
Het INTERIEUR van de boerderij is gaaf bewaard gebleven en heeft nog de oorspronkelijke indeling. De structuur wordt gevormd door vier ankerbalkgebinten. Rechts van de gang bevindt zich nog een kleine kelderruimte. In de grote kamer in het midden zijn de bedsteden verdwenen, maar bevindt zich nog wel de in imitatiemarmer geschilderde schouw met eenvoudig tegelwerk.
Waardering
Gaaf bewaard gebleven BOERDERIJ ontstaan vanaf ongeveer 1880.
- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als goed en gaaf voorbeeld van een laat negentiende eeuwse hallenhuisboerderij die in combinatie met de overige erfonderdelen van architectuurhistorisch belang is. Description
FARMHOUSE of the hall-house type with cross-bonded masonry façades and a slightly raised gabled roof with half-hipped ends at the location of the left part of the front house. From the masonry of the front façade it is visible that this modification was carried out later. The farmhouse is partly covered with thatch and with red old Dutch tiles. Gutters are absent. The raised roof plane has a brick chimney at the location of the front house. The FRONT FAÇADE of the farmhouse is asymmetrically arranged and contains two six-pane sash windows with shutters, stone sills, and closing stretches of one and a half bricks. To the right of this is the entrance section, consisting of a simple front door with a fanlight and a closing stretch. The fanlight has a glazing pattern with two vertical and two horizontal glazing bars positioned so that a rectangular panel is formed in the centre of the fanlight. This glazing pattern is characteristic of the farmhouses of Hackfort. To the right of the entrance section is the small sliding six-pane kitchen window provided with a single shutter. The front façade, which has infill panels, has one three-pane attic window in the form of a horizontal rectangle. At the location of the attic floor there are simple bar wall anchors. The LEFT SIDE FAÇADE of the front house was moved outward by approximately 1 metre by a modification (bedroom extension) around 1927 and has two four-pane windows separated by a centre post with a three-pane fanlight. Each of the windows has a shutter. The side façade of the rear house has two rectangular stable doors and, directly behind the front house, a double four-pane window which was inserted later. Modifications were made to the façade work of the rear house around 1970. The REAR FAÇADE has a characteristic arrangement. In the centre are the part doors separated by a removable centre rail in a segmental arch opening. On either side of it is a four-pane, executed in wood and with an arch, stable window. On the left, the façade contains two identically designed, segmental arch-ended stable doors. On the right is one stable door with the same shape, but executed somewhat larger. Infill panels and wall anchors at the height of the attic and the joists are visible in the façade. A hay hatch is absent.
The RIGHT SIDE FAÇADE contains, at the location of the residential part, a double four-pane window, two single four-pane windows and a small rectangular window. The rear house façade has two rectangular stable doors, alternated by three six-pane iron stable windows in a rectangular design.
The INTERIOR of the farmhouse has been preserved intact and still has the original layout. The structure is formed by four anchor beam bents. To the right of the passage there is still a small cellar space. In the large room in the middle the box beds have disappeared, but there is still the chimney painted in imitation marble with simple tilework.
