Inleiding.
GRAFMONUMENT, voor J. van Heijst-D(i)ckens, in 1892 in Neo-Gotische vormen opgetrokken. Op grond van de overeenkomsten in type, uitvoering en detaillering mag worden verondersteld dat de maker van dit grafmonument dezelfde is als die van onderdeel II.
Omschrijving.
Het circa 2.30 m hoge grafmonument bestaat uit een samengesteld vierkanten hardstenen basement waarop een uit kalksteen gehouwen staande vrouwenfiguur is geplaatst. Ze is gekleed in een hemd en draagt daaroverheen een lang, geplooid gewaad met kap. De blootvoetse vrouw heeft lang haar. Ze houdt de rechterarm gebogen met de hand op het hart. Met de linkerarm rust ze op een afgebroken houten balk.
In het basement is aan de voorzijde in reliëf een schild aangebracht met het grafschrift: "godvruchtig aandenken aan mejuffrouw J.Th.M. van Heijst D(i)ckens, geboren te Bokhoven .... 1892 R.I.P.".
Waardering.
Het grafmonument is van algemeen belang. Het heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als bijzondere uitdrukking van een sociale en geestelijke ontwikkeling, in het bijzonder de ontwikkeling van de katholieke grafcultuur, het is tevens van belang voor de typologische ontwikkeling van het grafmonument. Het heeft ensemblewaarden als onderdeel van een groter geheel dat cultuurhistorisch, architectuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig van belang is. Het is gaaf bewaard gebleven en typologisch zeldzaam.

Description.
The approximately 2.30 m high grave monument consists of a composite square hardstone base on which a standing female figure carved from limestone is placed. She is dressed in a shift and wears over it a long, pleated garment with hood. The barefoot woman has long hair. She holds her right arm bent with her hand on her heart. With her left arm she rests on a broken wooden beam.
In the base a shield is mounted in relief on the front with the grave inscription: "devout remembrance of Miss J.Th.M. van Heijst D(i)ckens, born in Bokhoven .... 1892 R.I.P.".
Valuation.
The grave monument is of general importance. It has cultural-historical value as a particular expression of social and spiritual development, in particular the development of Catholic grave culture, it is also of importance for the typological development of the grave monument. It has ensemble values as part of a larger whole that is of cultural-historical, architectural-historical and urban-planning importance. It has been preserved intact and is typologically rare.
