Inleiding
Voormalig TUINHUIS uit 1864 in de stijl van het Neo-Classicisme dat oorspronkelijk behoorde bij de naastgelegen Delftse Bank, Wijnstraat 101-105 (Rijksmonument nr.13994). In 1918 werd het tuinhuis verkocht aan de NV Hanzebank en door architect B. van Bilderbeek verbouwd tot kantoor waarbij rechts in de voorgevel een voordeur werd geplaatst, de binnendoorgang werd dichtgemetseld en de veranda aan de achterzijde moest plaats maken voor een kantoorruimte.
NB Recentelijk is het pand verbouwd waarbij voorgevel en interieuronderdelen zijn gehandhaafd.
Omschrijving
Het tuinhuis heeft een eenlaags voorgevel met een hardstenen plint. Onder de ramen een gestucte borstwering. Op de licht risalerende hoeken houten pilasters waarop een architraaf met geprofileerde kroonlijst op consoles rust. Hiertussen een terugliggend drie-assig gevelvlak met vier gecanneleerde pilasters met in de kapitelen kinderfiguren die ontspruiten uit een gewas. Tussen de pilasters een eierlijstje. Rechts twee hardstenen traptreden die naar de voordeur leiden. De dubbele paneeldeur heeft ijzersmeedwerk en een getoogd bovenlicht. Direct boven de deur een houten sierlijst met vierkante vlakverdeling. Links twee T-vensters met getoogd bovenlicht.
In het interieur in het tochtportaal een terrazzovloer, een glasdeur met boven- en zijlichten en in het kozijn houtsnijwerk. In de kamer parketvloeren en een authentiek stucplafond met geprofileerde cassetten en zonnebloemmotieven. De linker zijmuur heeft ook cassetten en ingebouwde kasten aan weerszijden van een marmeren schouw. Boven de schouw een ingebouwde spiegel met getoogde bovenrand.
Waardering
Het tuinhuis van algemeen belang vanwege cultuurhistorische en architectuurhistorische waarde als goed voorbeeld van een tuinhuis uit de tweede helft van de negentiende eeuw in Neo-Classicistische stijl, met stedebouwkundige waarde als bijzonder onderdeel in de gesloten straatwand van de Wijnstraat met historisch-functionele relatie met het naastgelegen pand Wijnstraat 101-105.

Introduction
Former GARDEN HOUSE from 1864 in the style of Neo-Classicism which originally belonged to the adjacent Delftse Bank, Wijnstraat 101-105 (national monument no. 13994). In 1918 the garden house was sold to the NV Hanzebank and converted into an office by architect B. van Bilderbeek, whereby a front door was placed on the right in the front facade, the interior passage was bricked up and the veranda on the rear had to make way for an office space.
NB Recently the building was converted whereby the front facade and interior components were retained.
Description
The garden house has a single-storey front facade with a stone plinth. Below the windows a rendered parapet. On the slightly projecting corners wooden pilasters on which an architrave with moulded cornice on consoles rests. Between these a recessed three-bay facade section with four fluted pilasters with in the capitals putti emerging from foliage. Between the pilasters an egg moulding. On the right two stone steps leading to the front door. The double panelled door has ironwork and a segmental fanlight. Directly above the door a wooden ornamental moulding with square panel division. On the left two T-windows with segmental fanlight.
In the interior in the draught vestibule a terrazzo floor, a glass door with upper and side lights and in the frame woodcarving. In the room parquet floors and an authentic stucco ceiling with moulded coffers and sunflower motifs. The left side wall also has coffers and built-in cupboards on either side of a marble fireplace. Above the fireplace a built-in mirror with segmental upper edge.
Valuation
The garden house is of general importance because of cultural-historical and architectural-historical value as a good example of a garden house from the second half of the nineteenth century in Neo-Classicist style, with urban-planning value as a distinctive component in the closed street frontage of the Wijnstraat with historical-functional relationship with the adjacent building Wijnstraat 101-105.
