PAND met monumentale lijstgevel, Lodewijk XVI, met zwaar, driehoekig fronton, waarin allegorische voorstelling van de handel (o.a. Mercuriuskop). Boven het middenvenster van de eerste verdieping kop met festoenen, rond het middenvenster van de tweede verdieping festoenen in de omlijsting. Vensterdorpels met consoles. In de parterre bladvullingen in de venstertogen. De pui wordt geflankeerd door gebosseerde bakstenen hoekpilasters.
Fraai gebouw van algemeen belang wegens oudheidkundige en kunsthistorische waarde.

Description
BUILDING with monumental cornice-topped facade, Louis XVI, with heavy triangular pediment, containing allegorical representation of commerce (including Mercury head). Above the central window of the first storey head with festoons, around the central window of the second storey festoons in the framing. Window sills with consoles. On the ground floor leaf fillings in the window jambs. The facade is flanked by rusticated brick corner pilasters.
Fine building of general importance on account of archaeological and art-historical value.
